The open floor plan includes new hardwood flooring, a totally equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, all leading to a new deck off the eat in kitchen. The first floor offers two bedrooms with an updated bath and 2 linen closets. Upstairs you will find 2 very large bedrooms, with great closet space and tons of natural light, sharing a jack and jill bath with 48 inch vanities.

Seth was great to work. Property was great and close to everything we wanted to see. Information Seth provided on house and area was very helpful.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was very clean and you can tell there have been a lot of updates to the property. Thankfully we have been traveling together for many years, so we are used to each others' routines, but only 2 bathrooms for 6 people could get a little tough if you are in a rush between activities. Our only small negative comment is the sliding barn doors on the Jack & Jill bathroom, they offer no privacy with the large gaps between the door and the wall. The location is great for all things Kentucky, easy access to downtown Lexington, multiple distilleries within 30-45 minutes, multiple options for golf! Unfortunately we did not get to try out the hot tub because it was over 90 degrees every day :)

This is a *very* clean, adorable, older home that's been updated throughout! The back deck was the perfect place for having our morning coffee and watching the squirrels run around the yard. We were excited to use the fire pit in the evenings, but the weather didn't cooperate. Seth responded quickly to any questions we had. There were 8 of us, so the dining table would get a little difficult to maneuver around when everyone was in the kitchen/dining space. We moved the table about 3' closer the living room and didn't have any issues after that. We were in town for a 2 day music festival and will definitely try to stay here again, if we bring a group next year!

We were so pleased with our stay at this property! Seth was extremely responsive and kept us updated with how to check in and check out as easily as possible. Lots of great restaurants no just 4-5 minutes away from the house. 10/10 recommend!

Was a great house with plenty of space. The fire pit and hot tub were also excellent. Extremely clean and well-kempt. WiFi was slow for speed and a disappointment for streaming and trying to get a little work done on Gmail. The beds were comfy but the pillows flatten out badly after laying on them. The livingroom couch was wide but you sank into it quite badly, needs to be replaced.

This house worked out amazing for us. It was a perfect fit for us 12! Loved the double washer/ dryer sets such a great idea we were able to get our laundry done in no time. Communication was amazing we were having issues with the downstairs tv not connecting and they came the next morning and got it resolved. The property manager even fedex some left behind clothes to me the same day! Would definitely recommend this house and will stay here again!

Great Family Get-away
Our extended family shared the house. We wanted something that would sleep 14 COMFORTABLY and in an area where there is plenty to do. We found the house exactly as billed and more than comfortable. We stayed in the Kentucky summer when it's really hot. Dual whole house air-conditiioners made all parts of the house very comfortable. Lot's do do in the area. The hose and property manager were EXCELLENT. Highly recommend.

Family Vacation
My wife and I took our entire family to Lexington for an extended weekend and stayed at Mr. Hillenmyer's property. I have 6 children with some of them being married or almost married , so we had a full house of people with ages ranging from 2 to 57. The house was more than adequate and very clean. The neighborhood was clean and centrally located for the things we wanted to do. Would definitely use this property again.

Had a last minute work trip down in Lexington. Found this house booked it few days before hand. Very clean, very roomie. Owners are super nice! Emailed me very good tips on places to eat and places to go! Will for sure rent the same house when we come back down in April !

The house was just the right size for our family of 14. The kitchen and bathrooms are updated and it was easy to prepare Thanksgiving dinner here. Seth gave us all the information to access everything we needed.

Great Getaway
My friends and I came to Lexington for the bourbon trail and Keeneland horse racing. The home is only a 10 minute drive to the race track. Very clean space and well updated. The steps to the upstairs and downstairs are steep, but to be expected with that age of the home. The home is also convenient to downtown and many restaurants. We spent most of our time outside of the home in KY, but we were excited to get home and rest in the evenings. The host was prompt on communication. We would stay there again.

Sneaky Check Up on My Group
On the second day of our stay at the house, the owner decided it would be nice to drop us off some salt and pepper. This was peculiar because the house had 3 bottles of salt and pepper already. This was an obvious check up on our group -also because the lady came inside to drop it off- and I have to take a star off of my review for this absurdness.

Fun weekend for a UK football game. The house was very clean. It was in a good location and great space inside and outside the house. Also, there’s a pop a shot in the basement that created hours of fun for everyone in the house.

This is a very nice house. The beds are very comfortable the towels are nice and it is stocked with everything you would need. It’s a nice neighborhood and it’s areasonable distance to the Kentucky Horse Park
