Wonderful and Warm with Garden

We booked the studio and then were upgraded to the house which was wonderful and warm. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

it’s a perfect studio for couples with cooktop and has smart TV with Netflix:) ! beautiful ambience and worth for the money

the bath was good, that was it

That we were changed locations with no explanation to a properly that didn’t meet our needs, was offered to compensation. the bed and the pillow were unsupportive and both my partner and I woke up in pain, kitchenette was subpar

close to town and bed was very comfortable

poor quality linen and towel although clean. no hand towel for the bathroom no wine glasses one bedside lamp had no globe very limited cooking and microwave containers/ pans no hairdryer

Clean and organised, ready for holidaying.

No exhaust fan over stove, forced to open sliding door to air out. Not enough lighting down walkway, not on long enough. Not enough utensils or tea towels.

Clean, convenient, however you are able to hear all conversations in the room above, and I am certain they could hear al

clean and tidy, heater and electric blanket provided (essential at this time of year in Orange), contained all essential amenities

paper thin walls between the room and up stairs - I could hear all conversations in the morning when the people living in the main house had visitors in the morning.

bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom is tiny. power tripped out a few times and half the PowerPoints where not installed properly. room was set up all wrong.

inadequate PowerPoint access, a towel missing, owner not receptive to the idea of warming up the room prior to our arrival, even though he claimed to be only 5 mins away.

Hassle free check in and out in a quiet neighbourhood

Comes with everything you might imagine from a studio - ironing board, washing machine, dryer, cooking equipment, spices etc

Could have included a box of tissues, would be perfect Also a little noisy as we could hear the house occupants at night Found a couple cockroaches

No sleep.

The studio is connected to the main house which is also rented out. You can hear everything through the walls. I was kept up all night. Worst experience to date.

Passable place

The apartment is not in town, it's on the suburban outskirts with no facilities within walking distance... and is at the back of a house. While not uncomfortable it does feel rather strange! Not one for a romantic night!

very cozy. quiet. Surprisingly cold weekend but room very warm with little heater. will come again in winter to use fire

A comfortable quiet and restful studio with meal making options.

Location was quiet and close to central Orange.

Working around power point locations, for heating and cooking I didn't see the dinner menu until later -would have liked to try the tageen. perhaps mention availability on arrival, also what arrangements for breakfast. I had food with me so it wasn't a problem.
