Not Wörth the stay.

The view to the lake Was really magnificent and the hotel accessibilitz back to Manila and around the tourist destination in Tagaytay Was really the edge.

The Photos from the booking com wasn't really the actual hotel room available. The room Was more like a bunker and the division of the room didn't provide privacy. Unusually noise and the hotel elevator structure Was confusing. Needs to offer more option for breakfast and needs to improve quality of the food. Overall, it wasn't a good value for money.

Very good

The view was amazing and friendly and helpfull staff. Easy checkin and checkout. And they informed about the room that it was without windows. But for me its was a + . Since the rooms was very dark when about to sleep. So i got 2 night of really good sleep due to that.

The pool need to get a longer ladder down to the bottom if the pool. Since it was only one or 2 steps on it. Hard to get iup trought that one.

DISSAPPOINTING.

NONE. THE SADDEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. UPON ARRIVAL, BE READY TO SMELL LIKE BURNED MEAT AS WE DO. YOU WILL BE GREETED WITH SMOKE. FURTHER, SENIOR CITIZEN CARD IS NOT HONORED.

EVERYTHING ALTHOUGH THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF AND GUARDS WERE POLITE.

location is nice

internet is bad, no small table inside the room if you want to use your laptop or eat. shared table is outside but cant use it because its too hot outside. cable tv signal - Bad

Tagaytay Stay

I love the location & the rooms are very spacious... comfy beds as well. All staffs are nice, polite & friendly.

The serving size of the complimentary breakfast is too small. I booked 3 hotel accommodations for this holiday on 3 different places in the Philippines. The other 2 hotels provide buffet breakfast with too many types of dishes to choose from. The water on their pool is too cold.

Good location, but rooms without windows!!

Pool location is great, all day in the sun plus and a great view at Taal Volcano from the sundeck.

There are no windows in the rooms, really strange because not communicated upfront. They charge evrything, from extra towel to ince cubes. Not in line with price range of hotel.

I didn’t like the property cause the pillow is smelly and disgusting

The place where i stay has no view compared with other hotel with a nice view with the same price. Noisy bec it is located along the hway. You can hear the tricycle
