* Check-in is after 4 pm | Check out is at 11 am.
MAX NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS 8 - includes infants. Extra Guest Fee applies
The Property is to be occupied by no more than the maximum sleep number stated on reservation unless approved in writing by Management. If Guest exceeds the occupancy limit and falsifies occupancy information at the time of reservation, Guest shall be subject to eviction. "Occupants" includes small children, infants and any and all visitors. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the Property at any time, you agree that a charge of $100 per person/per day will be made to your credit card. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without a refund of any amounts paid. No Exceptions.
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - due to the City of LA's strict ban of parties of large groups we need exact headcounts of your guests at all times.
A party is defined as any combination of the following; ANY loud noise and/or excessive drinking that is disruptive to neighboring houses and/or guests outnumbering the maximum amount permitted as defined above. A party will result in an immediate eviction from the property with no refund given under any circumstance. Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by iTrip in writing prior to the arrival date.
NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS
Actions by guests that result in neighbor complaints or police being called to the Property will result in a minimum $250 charge, which charge will be used to deal with legal issues and fines.
CITY OF LA NOISE ORDINANCE - QUIET HOURS: 10 pm – 8 am. No Outdoor Music or Loud Voices during this time.
NO SMOKING Smoking is allowed outside only. If any trace of smoke is found inside the home, there will be a strictly enforced $500 fine and the cost to eliminate residual odors.

The house has great views. Its convenient access to Burbank and Hollywood worked out great for us whether we were going to studios or restaurants.

The selling point of this property are the amazing views. The drive up the mountain was a little tricky being from Florida but everything was about 10-20 minutes away. The beds were a little squeaky, but other than that all was good. Very clean!

We were slightly worried we had picked the wrong location as everyone said stay in Santa Monica, glad we didnt this is a great loaction. The view is stuning... and it is so peaceful even thought you are close to eveything. We learnt everthing is 30 mins or more to get to but if we were in Santa Moncia it would have been so much worse... West Hollywood has a great vibe and close by... House couldn't have been better...

Very helpful, cooperative and available owner. A few suggestions:
More mats for bathroom -- floor is as slippery as ice in and out of the shower; MBR TV is very difficult to operate, and needs new remote. Electronics / remotes in main liv rm floor are confusing.
Parking for one car only, and takes some practice. View is the best we've ever seen in L.A. Roads are very narrow but not a big problem. Good beds.Good storage.

The house was very impressive, comfortable clean and the view at night overlooking the city of Los Angeles is beyond description. We didn’t get to spend a whole lot of time in the house because the purpose of our trip was to attend the Jimmy Buffett tribute at the Hollywood Bowl . The time we did spend was very enjoyable definitely five stars.

We recently stayed at Beech Knoll Lodge in Laurel Canyon. Exquisite location and serene atmosphere with stunning views and easy access to Los Angeles attractions, making it a convenient base for our city adventures. The ease of calling Ubers further added to our overall satisfaction with the location.
The lodge is well-equipped with modern technology, ensuring a comfortable stay, and cleanliness throughout the home was noteworthy. It was well- suited for our family, providing ample space and privacy for everyone.
While the decor and furnishings are adequate and align with the property’s vibe, they don’t exude luxury. The home presents a unique charm with its eclectic mix of decor, signaling that many improvements have been made. However, it’s clear that these remodels, while appreciated, were done on a budget. This DIY aesthetic, although endearing, might not align with the expectations of guests accustomed to high-end accommodations.
Our main critique centers on the bedding, towels, and pillows. The quality here was disappointing—the pillows in the master bedroom were thin, firm, and dingy, and the other bedrooms featured low-quality, thin foam pillows from Target, which made sleeping difficult for us. At this price point, better quality bedding and pillows are an absolute must.

House was very clean with comfortable beds. The view is as described and is really fantastic enjoyed the balcony space and relaxing in the evening. Lily from itrip was helpful in getting us in early and communication was great. Can’t wait to come back. If it matters internet was spotty at times but we didn’t care all that much.

I grew up in West Los Angeles, but had never stayed in Laurel Canyon. The views were incredible, from sunrise to late evening, the City that never sleeps did not disappoint.

This place is gigantic and has amazing views. The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice, although the furniture was a little dated. This place was terrific, and Uber were adept at ferrying us up and down the hill.

When planning our first family trip to LA area, I wanted someplace special. Our kids are in their early 20’s so everyone is much happier with their own room and bathroom. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath was idea and it was BEAUTIFUL. It really looks exactly like the photos. We loved the stunning view of the canyon and at night it was AMAZING! Right out of La La Land the movie.

Property was very clean with ample space. The views were amazing. Updated bathrooms and kitchen. The vibe is definitely 70s thanks to the wood paneling and the furniture. Winding roads to get up here, so make sure you are a confident driver. Great decks and lookouts. Would absolutely recommend if you are looking to stay in the hills and enjoy the distant views of LA.

Perfect for our family of 6! The view was everything week hoped and the fun narrow drive up the canyon to the house was always a fun adventure! Really quick drive to the walk of fame and universal studios. Master suit and bath was really nice but the other rooms were markedly lacking in comparison - but that didn’t matter much with kids in all the other rooms! Beautiful kitchen and fireplace. Loved our stay! Great space for playing board games and relaxing. 10/10 recommend for a family vacation! 100% need a car.

This is a stunning place with stunning views. The kitchen was fully equipped, and I did a lot of cooking. We were in town for a wedding, and it was the perfect location for our family. There are tight turns to get to this place and we had a mini van, but it's worth it.

We had a great time at this property and the views were spectacular. There were three balconies to enjoy the view. One on the lower level with a fire pit which we really didn’t use. We mainly used the balcony right off the living area which was small but worked for us since we were only three people. The hills getting up and down were a bit daunting and were incredibly crowded at certain times of the day. We enjoyed the Getty Museum and Griffith park as well as hiked on Runyon canyon which was all a short distance from the house The house was a nice size with two bedrooms and two baths on the entry level and one bed and bath on the second level with the living room, dining area and kitchen. The gas fireplace and large TV was nice after a busy day exploring. I would recommend this house and would stay again

Our family of four including 2 adult children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this stunning property. The property managers could not have been more accommodating and very quick to respond to any of our questions. The views of nature and the city from the property are nothing less than spectacular! The bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable and perfectly configured for our family (2 lower level, 1 main level). The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need including lovely high end appliances. The living area is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The neighborhood is very peaceful and friendly. Location is close to many of the LA attractions. Would absolutely stay here again. It was the perfect retreat at the end of a day of taking in the fun and food in the LA area!

Our family of four (two teen boys) stayed here for a week and if fulfilled all we needed in a place. After figuring out the windy, narrow road up to the house in the dark, we were good to go!! Amazing views, well-appointed kitchen, loved sipping wine on the back balcony! We visited all the major sights (Universal, Warner, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica), and it was cool to drive through the hills to our own home and not have to deal with hotel parking and all that. Wi-Fi was great as we did some work while visiting. All in all, it really was a perfect place for our last minute late summer vacation and would definitely stay here again!

We (2 adults, 2 teenagers) enjoyed very much our stay of 9 days in The Beech Knoll Lodge. Located in the Hollywood Hills with a wonderful view of Los Angeles. You are not aware that you are in a big city – the tranquility during the day and night was really appreciated. Only a few minutes away from Sunset Strip and Studio City (via Laurel Canyon Blvd).
The Lodge has a very special feeling, no complaints whatsoever. The reservation and all the communications with Lilly went smoothly and all our questions were promptly answered. Btw, all information about the Lodge is conveniently provided via iTrip-App. Also, greetings to the Owner, which we met briefly during check-in. We would stay any time again in the Lodge when visiting LA.

Warm, cozy, and beautiful, this property feels remote up the twisty roads of the Hollywood Hills, yet everything is only a few minutes drive away. The views are captivating from sunrise to well after sunset. We enjoyed watching the raptors and corvids soar just off the balcony. The decor charmed us and all of the tech worked well. The blazingly fast WiFi enabled remote work to continue as needed for several of us. We couldn't be happier. For a family of 6 (parents and 4 adult children), this was an economical luxury.
