The apartment:

A large apartment with the best equipment. It has 5 independent bedrooms with capacity for 10 people and two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

With an area of approximately 150m2, this apartment is ideal for its quiet atmosphere and bright atmosphere. It has white walls, renovated old parquet floors and a small terrace with a fantastic orientation to sunbathe. The decoration is inspired by the 1950s and is very colourful, a perfect combination to achieve a cosy atmosphere.

In the entrance there is a large hall that gives access to the living-dining room, where we find a large window with access to the terrace and a door with access to one of the bedrooms, equipped with two single beds.

From the long corridor, 3 of the bedrooms are directly distributed, two with a double bed (one of them larger, with a 1.60m bed) and another with two single beds.

The kitchen, modern and very well equipped, is of an original red colour. You have to go through it to access the last bedroom with a double bed and the small bathroom.

The apartment is on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, which is accessed through a small shopping arcade. It has Internet and air conditioning in summer.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
