Nice hotel in an up and coming neighborhood.

The property itself is very nice, clean and great staff.

The area is not a good one. It is near a hospital district but also there are homeless all over. The staff let us know to not leave anything of value in the car and it park where you can see your vehicle.

Disappointed

It's a nice hotel in appearance. The bed was comfortable.

The room is advertised as over 700 Square feet, however the room that I received (227) wasn't anywhere near that large. Nor did the pictures match the room. Parking is challenging and when I arrived the main entrance was locked and there wasn't anyone at the desk. A young lady appeared and opened the doors. Her first words to me where "Can I help you?" with a tone that I didn't find welcoming. I advised that I was checking in and presented her with my License and Credit card. I don't recall any her saying anything until she handed me the room key. I had requested the highest floor available and received the 2nd floor. It was late and I assumed it was the highest available. The charge for the room was different from what Booking.com provided. (Only about 7$ higher-No big deal) My room didn't appear to have been fully processed.There was 1 random throw pillow on the bed. The trash can was on the desk with the liner next to it . The beds duvet had wrinkles in one spot but not the rest, as though someone or something was in that spot after the bed was made. Lastly the was 1 Square of toilet paper floating in the toilet. I jumped in the shower and decided to venture out in search of food. It was after midnight by then and most everything was closed. As I arrived back to the locked front entrance, I realized that I hadn't grabbed my room access card. The same young lady was through in explaining that I needed to present ID for a new room key (which was in the room with the key) I suggested that she or someone from staff could retrieve them for me at which point she made another key. As an additional note. The noise from Colfax Ave was almost as loud as the TV in the next room.

Will not stay here anymore

Just across University Hospital

Loudy, noisy hotel. Bed was very dirty. Sheets were covered with pints of blood. Very disgusting. I couldn’t believed it. I couldn’t see it on Saturday night (Checked in) because I was very tired and I went straight to bed. But in the morning when I woke up I saw blood on the sheets everywhere. Very disappointing. Very unacceptable.

Overall happy with our stay and proximity yo Anshutz.

Safety in a storm!

After a very long 24 hours of travel & having our flight cancelled Hyatt House Denver-Aurora came to our rescue! The hotel was very clean, quiet & the entire staff was so kind & accommodating. Cheyenne at the front desk went above & beyond in helping us with late night check-in & making us comfortable. We were very appreciative for the safety of the hotel, the ammenities & all the staff. The complimentary breakfast was great. There was a variety of hot food, fruit, juice & coffee. Great job all around!

Place is clean ,beds are comfortable, but customer service is poor . Not very welcoming.

Breakfast was OK. Staff was not very friendly. Didn’t like the fact that there is only one employee in the hotel later in the day until the morning. We had issues with the toilet and had to go out and purchase a plunger. Electricity needed attention and there was no one there to help with the issue until the next day

Would stay here again but staff really need to step it up and make you feel welcome

Staff is not very friendly and only one employee later in the day . Had issues with our room that the employee can not help with . For A place that size they should have a couple of people working nights OR at least someone that knows what to do

Breakfast was ok , nothing special but again staff is not very friendly. They ran out of plates often and when asked for a paper plate to take food to my family member that didn’t make it down to breakfast , I was told they did not have paper plates while they stood next to a shelf that had plenty of paper plates

Nice big rooms with a very friendly staff. Nights might be a bit noisy due to traffic.

All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was nice and big and very clean. Excellent breakfast, with a wide variety of everything!

It is located on a busy street right across from a major hospital, which unfortunately resulted in quite a bit of noise one night.

Lot's of potential, but, disappointing.

Staff was pleasant, location was excellent for our trip, hotel was clean.

The breakfast area ran OUT of food our 3rd morning and was poorly supplied 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. We had to complain about the room next to us partying after 2am 3 nights in a row. The trip was NOT restful. Despite the value and location, we will not return.

Great place to stay the market on the bottom of the hotel served awesome food.

Breakfast was great they had some good selections. I really liked that I could cook a meal in my room. The small kitchen was perfect enough to cook a great meal. Down stairs had a grill which made it more awesome. Staff was friendly. Was a little concern as our security guard actually carries a firearm but another than that at least I felt safe.

I would 100% stay there again.

The property is really clean and the staff is super nice.

Our room was one with a full kitchen. So we had a bedroom with a door in ours. The door shut and we thought we could lock it. But come to find out even with it locked we could still open it.

Excellent Experience!

One of the very best hotels I've ever stayed at. Great room, fabulous breakfast, awesome bar/food, etc. You're missing out if you don't give it a try! Will definitely stay again!

A little bit of a drive into Denver. That's about the only drawback. Everything else is great!

Poor excuse for a Hyatt. Will never stay at a Hyatt Hone again.

The room was clean and the facility was fairly new. The bed was comfortable.

This Hyatt was little better than a motel 6. Rooms was very small, no restaurant and the bar wasn’t open.
