This apartment, set in a sunny and panoramic positions, only minutes’ drive from Santa Cristina town center away, stands out for its modern and qualitative interiors.

The flat is made of a double room, a single room, a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower bidet, toilet and basin.

The particularity of this apartment is for sure the wide southwards looking panoramic terrace, from where you will be able to enjoy a spectacular panoramic view on Santa Cristina and the Dolomites surrounding it.

The Holiday Farm Luech da Perteut Panorama & Wellness is synonymous of superlative, as it offers modern panoramic apartments and a marvelous wellness area. All this only 2 minutes by car from Santa Cristina Val Gardena town center away.

This fairy tale like holiday farm in the heart of Val Gardena, was completely rebuilt in the year 2020 and beside the three modern apartments, equipped with all comfort needed and featuring a breathtaking view on the Dolomites, it stands out for its wellness area with 3 saunas and a whirlpool.

The modern spa is composed of a Finnish sauna, a natural sauna, a steam bath, a relax area and an outdoor whirlpool. The peculiarity of this gem is the spectacular view on the Dolomites, which can be enjoyed from the Finnish sauna, from the relax area and of course from the outdoor whirlpool. These services are available daily from 16:00 h until 19:00 h.

You will also love to relax under the Dolomites’ sun, while admiring the majestic panoramic from the common garden of the holiday farm.

For those who wish to, it will be possible to feel themselves the real farmer life of a Val Gardena farm, by participating to the numerous activities, offered on request by the Demetz family.

This wonderful place is also the perfect place for family holidays, as you children will love to play in the small children playground or to pet the farm animals.

The Holiday Farm Perteut is located on the sunny valley side, facing southwards, of Santa Cristina Val Gardena, aprox. 1 km from town center away. There you find all services like public busses, grocery stores, shops, rentals, restaurants, bars and much more. So everything reachable in 2 minutes by car or, for those who are not afraid of uphills, in 10-15 walking.

In Winter you will be able to reach the lifts of the Dolomiti Superski in 2 minutes by car, or by using the free skibus, stopping 450 m from the house away.

In Summer you will find the hiking paths of the Dolomites just behind the house and the Summer-Bus stop only 450 m away.

The property is also equipped with all needed for perfect mountain holidays, like 1 free outdoor parking for each apartment (You can rent an additional parking in the garage for surcharge), bike & ski deposit with boot heater, common washing and drying machines (for surcharge: 8€/wash for the washing machine and 2€/wash for the drying machine), free Wi-Fi, linen and towels.

The property offers on request fresh bread service. The cost depends on the amount and type of bread ordered.

Additionally, you can book in advance a basket with breakfast basket for surcharge.

Regarding pets, the property allows only small sized dogs and maximum one per apartment, at additional charge.

Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.

We enjoyed our week stay here with our 3.5 year old daughter. Great access to one gondola and short or longer drives for other lift access. The hot tub and sauna are great and the views incredible. Great hosts!
