Sehr schöne zentrale Lage- Appartment nur als Tages/Wochenend Ausflug zuempfehlen

- sauberes und modernes Appartment - Gute Checkin Infos - Sehr zentral zur Altstadt und Sehenswürdigkeiten - Sehr freundliche Bedienungen in Läden,Cafe,Bars und Restaurants

- Appartment nur für Tages,-Wochenend Touristen geeignet, für längeren Aufenthalt wie 7 Tage zu laut - ständiger bzw täglicher Wechsel in Appartments über,-neben,-unter uns. teils spät checkin oder checkout sehr früh- keine Ruhe mal längerfristig - Sehr hellhörig die Appartments (man hört Toilettengänge, Gespräche im Nebenappartment usw.), Eingangstür rastet nur ein und schließt nicht, wird lautstark zu geknallt und aufgerissen - Innenhof stark befahren und keine Rücksicht dort mit Lautstärke - Katastrophe mit Parkplätze und Verkehr - Parkgebühren müssen kalkuliert werden und sollten auch als Hinweis hinzugefügt werden wenn mit Auto angereist wird. - Kostenlose Parkplätze zu 95% belegt

It’s well located but don’t expect much!

It’s well located and free luggage storage post checkout

It’s not clean, for example dusty in the bathroom, things break - for example, the drawer broke when we open to store clothes, no battery in aircon remote, and the bed is terrible - very soft and caused back ache after just 2 nights.

Wat een fijn appartement en top-locatie! Rustige plek, maar toch zo in het centrum. Ideaal!

Good value, pleasant apartment.

Clean, modern and well equipped for cooking our own meals. Short walking distance to the centre of city. Comfortable bed.

A little noisy until the neighbourhood settled at night, soundproofing would have helped. As there is no personal contact with management, written instructions and a city guide and maps etc would have been helpful.

Ok but won’t recommend

It was cleaned and very good instructions to get into the building.

The pictures were a bit confusing because we thought there is a kitchen as well but there is no kitchen. Only one key card was given for two people which was really inconvenient. One roll of toilet paper for 4days for 2 people. We were lucky and we didn’t have many neighbours because you could hear everything. And if someone go to their room you will hear like they would enter you room.

Stanza pulita, a disposizione bollitore, piatti e posate, un mini frigo con bottigliette d'acqua Ottima posizione per poter raggiungere a piedi sia il centro che il lungolago

Anche se lo sapevamo, l'accoglienza non in presenza Comunque le istruzioni erano chiarissime e tutto e' andato per il meglio

Struttura centrale e pulita, check-in facile

La luce che entrava nella stanza poiché la persiana era rotta e poca insonorizzazione, si sentivano le persone entrare nelle altre camere.

Appartement pratique et central

L'appartement est très bien situé dans la ville. Il est propre et bien équipé.

Le canapé lit n'est pas confortable. Nous n'avons pas pu fermer le volet dans la pièce du canapé lit. Nous avons trouvé l'insonorisation moyenne. La procédure d'accueil en ligne est un peu lourde (un vrai check in).

Would stay again. Simple and easy

Easy access to the apartment. Good sized bed and bathroom. Clean. Nice to use the washing machine in the common area. Walking distance from the main Como port area shops and restaurants.

Appartement agréable, assez chaleureux et bien situé. Point très positif : le tutoriel pour le checkin était très clair et très détaillé.

Il manque peut-être deux chaises pour pouvoir prendre un thé.

Superb

Location right across from Como and in addition the place was quite cozy with all one needs to enjoy a good time.

Check-in at 1500 and check-out at 1000. They could have check-out at lest at 1100

Overall, it was okay.

It was clean and located close to the city centre.

The blinds which would not stay pulled down, especially when windy, and it scared us badly a few times.

The bed matter was not comfortable. The bed cover was ripped. The TV. remote was without battery.

The location was walking distance to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. The check in process was easy and detailed, and the staff were responsive and very friendly! Great experience

Great location, great air conditioning, which is quite rare in Italy. About a 10 minute walk to the Duomo. Always felt relaxed and safe while we were at this apartment.

Location is very good, right outside of the old town. The apartments are nicely decorated. It has a small balcony

I think, it is a little too expensive for the size of it compared to other properties I stayed in Como

Central location

I like that everything is managed off site. It was self-check in and there was no need for a reception. The location was super close to the center at 7 mins walk. The room had all the basics covered, including a fridge, water kettle, utensils and tea and coffee. The apartment was spacious enough and had plenty of hangers and storage for a long stay.

The bed is quite uncomfortable and hurt my back after a few nights.
