About this house rental
It's "About Time" for a beach vacation! This is the perfect house to call home during your trip to Mexico Beach. Custom built with a reverse floorplan, great outdoor space and ocean views from two upper decks. There is a private pool and outdoor shower and plenty of seating in the sun or in the shade.
The second floor has an open concept living, dining, kitchen and includes a half bath. It's very spacious with plenty of room for you and your guest. French doors open up from the main living to a partially covered deck with gulf views and lounge seating. The back covered deck offers ocean and pool views, a charcoal and gas grill, outdoor dining for eight, plus additional conversational seating for lounging.
The kitchen is complete with all the appliances and kitchenware you need for preparing your favorite meals. Custom built farm table seats 8, bar seats 4 and there is an additional table and seating for two.
The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and plenty of seating for gathering and watching your favorite shows and movies.
First floor features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and designated laundry area. There is access to the front covered patio from the Master Bedroom and Bedroom 1. French doors open from both rooms to a patio and a custom built bed swing. Perfect for those long afternoon naps after a day at the beach or fishing.

The saltwater pool is perfect for splashing around or lounging on a float anytime of the day. The outdoor shower has cold and hot water.
As a perk for the fisherman, we have an outdoor cleaning station with running water and rear parking for a boat.
*There are two surveillance cameras on the property. One in front of the house with views of the parking area and one in back of the house with views of the pool and back gate.

Our family had a wonderful time on our Mexico Beach vacation. The house was very nice and communication was great with the host throughout our stay. We would definitely consider staying there again.

The house was great with more than ample room for our 6 guests. The upstairs living space was very enjoyable, and the decks were all used significantly. Having the personal pool was a significant luxury given the ocean was rough at times, and we could come back to the house to chill and swim in the pool. Kim was great, and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The house was very well kept, decorated so well it felt like home. It was full of any and everything you could possibly need. Beach access was close. Communication was the best we’ve ever experienced. Everything about the stay was just easy. Thanks for a wonderful week!!

This property was exactly how it was pictured and listed. I love a beachy place and this was decorated just as that! We had plenty of space jo matter what part of the house we were in. All the outdoor spaces are wonderful for relaxing! The pool was a great treat after being in the beach during the day. Outdoor shower was a plus too!! We will definitely stay here again. We love Mexico beach and Port St Joe just a short drive away.

This property was absolutely amazing!! The host has made sure you will have everything you need! There are games for kids and adults. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are spaces for relaxing all around the house, inside and out!! The house is within a block from the beautiful beach. The host was also very easy to communicate with if I had any questions. I would love to stay at this property again!!

The beach is only a few minutes walk away.
Kim answered all our questions quickly and was great to communicate with.

We had such a great stay! Everything about the house is wonderful! The walk to the beach was super easy. Having beach chairs and a wagon provided lightened the packing load. The kitchen was very well stocked and my kids loved the pool and outdoor shower. Will definitely stay here again!

We were all very happy with our stay. The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach, just a short walk across one street, the quiet neighborhood and private pool. The outdoor shower was also great for keeping sand out of the house. This property was enjoyed by the adults and children, having our own private space was very relaxing! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great place to stay in lovely Mexico Beach. Plenty of space especially the outdoor porches, decks and beautiful pool area. Perfect area with gulf views and uncrowned beaches. All the comforts of home; we only needed the food but everything else was provided. Will definitely stay there again.

If you want to get away from all the touristy stuff this is the place. The town was clean and quiet the beach was so close and easily accessible. If you want to go to Panama City it was close enough that it wasn't a huge pain. The extra drive was worth the peace for us. The house was very nicely decorated and has everything you need. I really appreciated the beach chairs and wagon.

There were several things that I loved about this property….. location, spacious, decor, cleanliness and the up to date appliances. So the only negative thing I can comment on is check in and out time. We came by the property early to see if we could just leave some things in the refrigerator. The cleaning person was there and said the owner would not allow it. So we had $200 worth of groceries in the car for 2 hours. Everything was fine only hot beverages, soggy salads, etc. it was not a big deal but could be easily have been remedied (avoided). 4 pm check in for someone coming 7-8 hours away is hard to judge traffic and just the excitement of vacation. Check out (10 am) is also a little early for a longer stay. But it is a perfect location and a beautiful property.

The house is very well kept, clean, and beautifully designed throughout. The hosts mentioned recent remodels, and you can definitely tell! The private pool were my guests’ and I’s favorite amenity, with the outdoor shower to boot.
Mexico Beach itself does not have many options in the way of dining and attractions, but Port St. Joe (a 10-15 min drive) served us well. The ocean in Mexico Beach reminded us more of a lake than a beach (relatively no waves, lots of fish and sea critters), but with sand. When we visited, there was almost no one, so we had the whole beach to ourselves, which was nice and quiet.
Overall, it’s a very relaxing area and a great property to stay at! Will be staying here if we visit Mexico Beach again!

Amazing home and location
We loved every minute at Kim’s beautiful home. She has decorated everything beautifully but with comfort in mind. The layout is great. The kitchen was fully equipped and the location to the beach is very close. We all enjoyed the pool and all the outdoor spaces. You have views of the ocean from the upper deck and from the front porch. I would highly recommend this home. Kim was very responsive to any questions and helpful

My family and I loved everything about this house and the property. Loved the decor, the layout of the house, and the pool. Would be a
property that I could live in permanently. loved that it's tucked back
off the main strip but not a far walk to the beach. Another plus is that we still had a view of the ocean. Plus had alot of ammenities readily available for us to use. Kim was a big help for us and always there to help, when we had questions. Always very pleasant. I would gladly vacation there again.

The home was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The open floor plan made it easy for us all to hangout. The pool area was a highlight of our stay. The beach is right across the road and is an easy walk. The beach was quiet and beautiful and plenty of shells to look at. This was our first time to the area and we would go back in a heartbeat.
