Buena ubicación para Aiguastortes

El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación para acercarse al lago San Maurici. Las zonas comunes son muy acogedoras y el desayuno perfecto, rico y variado.

Las zonas comunes son muy acogedoras... pero la habitación que nos asignaron parecía de otro hotel y otra época, deprimente, con vistas a la escalera de incendios y anticuada en todos los sentidos. Una pena, estando el establecimiento con poca ocupación por ser temporada baja. Calefacción a tope por todo.

Beautiful renovated room, good value for money

The hotel is renovated, our room was very big with a view to the mountains, the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the Espot Taxi station (to go to the park).

More options for breakfast could be nice.

Nice place to disconnect and explore Sant Maurici

The personnel was very friendly. They gave us few good advices on the places to visit in the surroundings. The hotel location is good and the fact that it has a parking was also nice. The reception area looks very nice and cozy.

The room was pretty old fashioned and I think it needs some repair. Also it was very small. The bed was old and the bed linnen looked very used.

We had an amazing huge room and the bed was super comfy too. Fantastic choice of breakfast items, just what you needed to start the day It has its own parking right outside

We came a little late and were locked out for the night! The hotel was not friendly and blamed us and called us lairs. Not a recommended experience!

Comfortable hotel in Espot

Hotel was in a nice village, with plenty of parking and easy access to restaurants. I had a newly refurbished room which was really excellent.

Wifi was very slow in the bedroom. Worked fine in the reception and lounge.

Very good value for money

The hotel is superbly located 2 minutes away from everything. It's clean and the staff is super friendly. Very good value for money.

The shower could use some adjustment in water flow - water kept running the wrong way flooding the bathroom floor. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about...

We stayed at Hotel Roya for 4 nights and stayed in the renovated part of the hotel. The room was nice and big, great mattress, very nice bathroom, everything you need there. There is a lobby in the hotel where you can read, play games or watch TV at any time. There are also possibilities to sit comfortably outside. The bar offers hot and cold drinks at any time. The (Spanish) breakfast is great! The hotel is family-run and everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is also a private car park. We would love to come back!

Nice place to stay

The staff was really nice, friendly. The woman who welcomed us spoke a perfect French. With the Covid, everything is well respected. The breakfast is good. The location is perfect with the private parking. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything was fine. Maybe the decoration which starts to be a bit old, but nothing to disturb our stay!
