Buono

Staff molto cortese, camere pulite e spaziose. Colazione abbondante. Terrazza spaziosa e frigorifero di medie dimensioni rendono molto confortevole il soggiorno.

Il caffè d'orzo e il succo di frutta annacquato forse piacciono ai tedeschi e agli austriaci e si dovrebbero accontentare anche i gusti degli italiani visto che comunque siamo in Italia. Ci vorrebbe un caffè vero e magari un succo alla pesca o all'albicocca per rendere perfetta la colazione. Il WC è molto basso adatto ai bambini, forse da alzare un po'.

Zum Sonnen i.O. zum Schwimmen muss man zu dem ca. 1.5 km entfernten Strand wo es tiefes Wasser gibt.

Ruhige Lage kein Strassenlärm in der Nacht

FRÜHSTÜCK ist sättigend aber ohne regionale Lebensmittel zb Tomaten od. Käse.

I recommend it to everyone who cares about the cleanliness of the rooms and hotels!

Hello! I was in this hotel for 3 days during the May 1 holiday and I am very satisfied. The hotel is very nicely decorated, new relatively large rooms, newer furniture, toilet, everything clean, smells, new towels and cleaned every day. Breakfast excellent and a lot of everything. Staff very friendly. Considering the quality of the hotel, it could be more expensive than I thought it would be. I highly recommend it to everyone.

great location,not far from centre,nice room,clean... it was our second time in bellavista hotel,first time was 2018. all five

first time,it was a free parking in front of hotel,now is not...but its not a seasson yet so you can find free parking aroung property.

Staff was very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel was OK, we got free bicycles. The hotel inside is very nice and comfy. The breakfast was very selective.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was typical European and was nicely presented. Walking distance to food.

We were cycling on Alpe-Adria cycle path.

Nice location, dog friendly beach and park nearby.

Dog was not allowed in the breakfast room. The shed for bicycles was full and we had to park outside hotel.

Trip to the Sea

Nice spot in not-so-turistical part of Grado. Calm, close to beach, free parking on the street. Rooms size just enough for two, very friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little prefabricated/generic, but ok for a few days.

there were terrace common use you can sit evening and relax, close to the sea, 15min walking to old town Grado you can use walking way along the beach very nice.

Parking was far away because in Saturdays they have public market on the street front of hotel, you should go with your luggage 500m to get your car

Very good

The staffs were very nice. The hotel provided free bicycle that we could ride to town. The room, balcony, bathroom, and bed were comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Free car park right in front of the hotel. Very good and strong WIFI in the room. The hotel is less than 300 meters walk to the beach.

Good location and nice room for a great holiday.

This was a last minute booking, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room and the hotel were nicer than the pictures. The room was not super large, but it had a huge balcony, a very clean modern bathroom, and a small refrigerator. The staff were lovely and helpful, and check-in and check-out were easy. No problem with street parking when we were there. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, a real plus. And the location is great - reasonable walking distance to the old town, the beach, and restaurants, and near to a supermarket. Enjoyed our stay!

Exceptional

Staff is super polite, rooms are clean, provided with hairdryer, TV, AC without extra charging, cleaning every day, parking for free, breakfast, even small reading place at the second floor. Walking distance to the city is 15-20 minutes very nice walk along the sea or Laguna side. Beach is literally 1-2 minutes walking distance, even though you can really see the sea from the hotel. Not a 5🌟 hotel with all the entertainment where you want to stay 24/7 but if you want a place where you will have very very nice service for your summer holiday you should definitely consider Bellavista as you holiday choice.
