Hotel was clean and spacious

Air conditioning was not working, room was so hot.. gave us an air conditioning machine with a hose going out the window very unsafe Small ants running around the counter tops

Excellent stay.

The location is ideal close to everything. Can't say how large the balcony is. Staff are super friendly. Bakery and shop down at reception are excellent. Can't say how much I enjoyed my stay here again. Also last year u got the free safe this year the air con was also free. Amazing

Great location, balcony was huge ..felt nice to be able to sit out and have breakfast or a drink.pool temp was good and plenty of sun loungers .very clean.pool bar food was good. Great kitchen.

Air con was giving a little trouble. Small problem with ants .pool bar Happy hr is only on sertin drinks .so do ask and its not buy one get one free.to hire a iron for the day was 5 euro

Cleaning was a little sparse over the 2nd half of our trip but nothing to complain about really as cleaners always helpful in hallways,giving towels etc

Terrible room. On the first floor behind an 8 foot metal fence. Cockroachs running round the bathroom one night. Horrendous noise from crickets late at night. Fire alarm goes of every evening.

the room was great, the pool was Great, Staff were great, especially Jolly ( maybe Julie on reception) View was ok, although I was on the top floor, which was great

no entertainment and the bar where I was staying shut at 5 pm. Also I did not think Breakfast was good, went twice instead of 4 times

my favourite place to stay we go every year with our family and the balconies are just amazing

my favourite place to stay but the beds are uncomfortable it’s close to the square the staff are attentive and welcoming the facilities are amazing and clean

Lifts broken for 5 to 6 days, breakfast room on 11th floor and lift broken all the time, we were on 2nd floor so had to walk up and down
