Boa experiência em Ischia

Das áreas comuns do hotel principalmente das várias piscinas. O espaço interno do hotel é convidativo. Do restaurante: serviço, muito organizado, comida deliciosa e funcionários amáveis e sempre muito gentis. O jantar tem um buffet de saladas ótimo e pratos a la carte, ou seja, sempre algo diferente. Da localização, perto de Lacco Ameno e da praia de San Montano, mas ao mesmo tempo fica fora das partes mais agitadas da cidade, o que confere muita privacidade e tranquilidade. Facilidade de acesso: apanhamos bus em Ischia Porto e descemos na porta do hotel. Os funcionários da recepção sempre gentis e dispostos a ajudar.

O mais fraco de toda a experiência foi sem dúvida alguma o quarto ( ficamos no 119). Tem um bom espaço e uma agradável varanda, mas o colchao é extremamente mole e o banheiro tem o espaço do chuveiro muito pequeno, mal cabe uma pessoa. Falta uma atualização e ser mais convidativo como por exemplo, na chegada do hospede ter uma garrafa de agua de oferta; ter uma chaleira para um cafe, amenities de maior qualidade -não havia condicionador ou creme -se estamos num hotel spa é esperado esse tipo de mimo! Os móveis do quarto são velhos e também precisam ser renovados. A camareira passa no corredor dos quartos cedo por volta das 8 da manhã fazendo barulho com materiais de limpeza, o que tb deveria ser revisto porque incomoda. O quarto não proporciona uma experiência de spa ou relaxamento e portanto destoa da proposta do hotel....

Im Großen und Ganzen ganz akzeptabel, wir hatten mehr erwartet.

Die Pools waren sehr schön, teilweise direkt vom Zimmer aus erreichbar. Vom Hotel aus konnte man die Stadt und den Strand auch das Thermalbad Negombo sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen, der Rückweg war etwas anstrengender, viele Treppen! Es gab eine Haltestelle für den Bus gleich um die Ecke, empfehlenswert für die Erkundung ganz Ischias (leider manchmal sehr voll). Das Frühstück war sehr süßlastig. Das Personal freundlich, hervorzuheben unser Kellner beim Frühstück und die Damen vom Zimmersevice ( Reinigungspersonal). Der Wellnessbereich war tiptop und die Die Dame (sie hat meinen Füßen etwas gutes getan) war super.

Fotos und Zimmer stimmten nicht überein! Das Bad war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche klein, undicht und nicht sehr ansprechend. Die Duschhandtücher hatten zum Teil Löcher. Obwohl als deutschsprachig angekündigt gab es nur am Empfang eine Person die mehr schlecht als recht deutsch sprach. Die Zimmer sehr hellhörig, die Klimaanlage laut. Das Frühstück als fabelhaft angekündigt, sehr einfallslos, einseitig und für ein südländisches Hotel wenig frisches Obst und Gemüse, eine Sorte Schinken, eine Sorte Salami und eine Sorte Käse (jeden Tag das gleiche)l Viele Süße Sachen! Ein Wasserkocher und Kaffeezubehör im Zimmer wäre schön.

Totul a fost la superlativ: locație minunată, ospitalitate de excepție, personal ambil, curățenie impecabilă, mîncare exceletă cu servire la masă - ospătarii și șefii de sală sunt super profesioniști!!!!

we enjoyed our staying and we will like to come again

The location and the view were excellent. The swiming pools were a real source of health and the nearby Park Negombo was wonderful. The room was small, but clean and quiet. The stuff was very kind.

Probably a touch of good energy and soft music; the breakfast was decent, but very crowded and noisy - after one hour it was hard to find cakes, fruits :))

Beautiful and welcoming

The stand out amenity for me was the staff. The Maitre d’hotel was so very helpful anytime I needed anything, everyone was very nice and accommodating. It is an absolutely beautiful hotel with spa pools near Lacco Ameno, the beach, and Negombo spa. The rooms and facilities were all very good.

Exceptional

The reservation was for one room for 3 people. At the last moment another person was added. During check-in we were offered two separate rooms, one for 2 people so that we would be more comfortable at no additional cost. We needed a gluten-free meal and received a wide variety of products for breakfast. In addition, the staff made sure to check for us every other dish we ordered if it contained gluten and informed us. The pools are great, some outdoor and some indoor, all clean and pleasant, not noisy and in a very relaxing atmosphere. The place is beautiful and pleasant. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Hotel

Park Negombo has more baths in total but the San Lorenzo's are of outstanding quality. The front desk is excellent. It is clean and tidy. It has amazing views over the Lacco Ameno Town and bay. The price was very good for what we received. In short - one of the best hotels it has ever been my pleasure to stay in.

There was nothing to complain about. The experience was entirely excellent.

Beautiful place to relax

Lovely room with terrace and sea view. Warmish outdoor pool with plenty of loungers. Very nice indoor jacuzzi and spa pool to enjoy. Just a few minutes walk into Lacco Ameno down some steps. Nice breakfast and we had lunch twice in the restaurant which was very good. Nice bar area downstairs. Close to the bus stop.

Beautiful and relaxing spa

Great spa facilities, nicely landscaped gardens and we had a sea view with a small balcony. The breakfast was provided in a large, well appointed dining room with views.

There was nothing not to like. Hotel San Lorenzo has obviously been doing this right for a long time.

Love Ischia and this Resort.

Great relaxing stay with a view. The thermal spas were great. Restaurant was very good we ate dinner there one night. Locate walking distance to Negombo Spa and Botanical garden. The town is quaint and cute. Highly Recommend.

We are an acceptable few days, but I would not return to this Hotel.

Beautiful Island and some very nice walks from the property. Having all the thermal pools was great.

Paying for pool towels seems a bit unwelcoming. Some of the staff were exceptional, but many, particularly in the dinning room were not warm or friendly. The walls are paper thin and we had a family next door that we could hear as if they were in our room and they were up watching television late. We asked to be moved, but management said it was not possible.

A very nice option with super friendly and helpful staff; great pool

Super friendly and helpful staff. Nice spa facilities with the different (warm) pools. Nice view from the room, with great terrace. Clean and comfortable room (with fridge, decent wifi). Bus stop close to the hotel.

Breakfast (as common in Italy) is not amazing. Primarily sweet options, few fresh products. Sufficient to start into the day, but that's about it. Pool facilities could be open longer in the evening.

Fine place to recharge

The great welcome from Valentino, including a free dinner on the evening we arrived. Thank you for that. The variety and heat of pools. Easy access to the island with bus, especially nearby Walton gardens.

Everything was very nice. Beautiful view from my room.. We had dinner day we arrived and when I went to sit down with my appetizer this man in a black suit tall with black hair barked some thing loud to me from behind I almost dropped my dish. then he asked by me room number! and proceeded to show me a table across the room in the corner. I signaled my husband who came over. This waiter showed him the menu and said are you ready to order. I spoke up and said he just sat down! So rude! Ruined the evening

Grear hotel, lots of pools and good location.

Really enjoyed this accommodation. Decent size room and bathroom, had a beautiful deck area that had our own pool area and stunning view. Nice big shared hotel pool. About a 10 min walk into town.

Stay at hotel for amazing views and pool

The hotel is in a great location with amazing views, especially rooms facing the sea. The main swimming pool is wonderful - great views and not too crowded. It’s an easy walk to Lacco Ameno, with lots of nice shops and restaurants.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The food choices were sub par (low quality), staff seemed too busy and not very friendly, the room where breakfast was served was very stuffy. It felt like a cafeteria with no ambience.

An excelLent hotel, good value and strongly recommended for both adults and children

The hotel, grounds and swimming pools were really beautiful - even better than we expected! The views over the sea were terrific. The bedrooms wee pleasant and comfortable. The staff on the front desk were exceptionally helpful. The buffet breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from.

The staff serving cofee at breakfast could have ben a bit quicker. We had dinner twice in the hotel. The first meal was excellent, but the second on July 23rd wasn't very good.
