Managable

Location was good

Someone had been smoking something that wasn’t to our liking around the hotel. Occupants of the room next to us were very noisy on the Saturday night. Shower was very hot and miss

Good Value for Money

Room was clean and spacious. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic amenities were provided and fine for a night's stay. Comfortable double beds. Only 10vmins away from Meadowhall so a convenient location on a budget.

Was difficult to find as tucked away from the road behind another large complex. Family room had 2 double beds which is ok if your children are smaller but would have been nice to have the option of 2 single beds as some of the bigger chains do in a Family room.

Middle of the road. Good enough if you need a room.

Clean, comfy, bread and butter hotel. Great little stop over.

No shower products or soap available in the room or even at reception

Bit grubby stains onthe base of the bed etc. Nice friendly staff and close to our attended venue.

I didn’t like the pillows a little to hard for me and to flat . And it would of been nice if you served food .

Good location for Sheffield Arena, cheap and cheerful

Pleasant staff, 24 hour reception, good size room, good location for Sheffield Arena. Beds were clean and crisp.

Hotel was tired. Bathroom not as clean as I would have expected. Mugs provided were full of dust. Our room was next to security light so had to be creative to block out light.

The room was spacious and staff very pleasant

The noise from upstairs kept us awake nearly all night. The heater stopped working and it was cold. It wasn't the cleanest place either

Easy to find, Accommodation was clean and tidy, family room was a great size.

We didn’t have breakfast and wasn’t aware this was an option. The location was good for where we needed to be the next day.

Sound proofing wasn’t the best could hear conversations through walls and in hallways during the night which isn’t great when you have young children

OK for business traveler but not somewhere I would especially go again.

The room and bed were comfortable. Close to some good restaurants.

The bathroom was in need of a renovation. Was quite far out of the town.

very quiet location and quiet rooms.

Rooms weren't particularly clean and needs a refresh. As a disabled badge user I was unable to use a disabled parking space as one was occupied by an Audi TT with no blue badge and the other was coned off and when it was occupied it was occupied with a car with no blue badge. Very disrespectful. The smell of weed down the corridor to get to our room was very overpowering.

Good business hotel.

Toilet clean, bedding clean, large room, pleasant and helpful staff. Love a firm bed and this hits the nail on the head perfectly for me. Decently priced as well. Good location for my short travel to work.

Rooms are spacious but look like they need a little tlc. Pillows solid and uncomfortable. Noisy guests late at night, but that's not the hotels fault.

Air-conditioning in room wouldn't turn down and kept at 24 degree's which was too hot on a very hot day, so didn't sleep well.

Ok for what I needed it for apart from the tobacco smoke smell

The room smelled of tobacco smoke and really put me off. Obviously can tell some customers smoke in the room. To say it’s supposed to be non- smoking

Excellent. 4 star. Be sure of feeling safe in this hotel. THANK YOU to the WELCOME INN.

Good clean bed, fell asleep straight away. Staff could not have helped more and I was very impressed with the friendliness between the staff, cleaners, front of house, all got along. I am disabled and I enjoyed a safe shower in a specially equipped room, and was impressed with how quickly the bathroom fan cleared the steam. Can recommend room 102 to a wheelchair user.

It will soon need a new carpet or would probably invest in a bedside rug. I think smokers should be told to dispose of cigarette debris in a suitable bin, the bin probably needs installing discreetly.
