Emplacement, petit déjeuner, la beauté du lieu avec une magnifique décoration.
Le lit un peu trop mou et la température de l’eau de la douche difficile à contrôler, la salle de petit déjeuner le mobilier (table chaises) tranchent avec la beauté du lieu. Le reste du bâtiment est tellement beau et bien décoré que la salle de petit déjeuner est du coup «bof ». Mais le petit déjeuner est bon et personnel très sympathique !

The lobby is very nice, on all floors the landing is great. Rooms ok
The restaurant is very uncozy, horrible bad design, bad colour choice, red and white - when you walk in for breakfast you realise it's a 3 star hotel pretending to be nicer than it is. Rooms are ok, bathroom no tub, and feels bit cheap.

The common areas of the hotel are beautiful, but the rooms, especially the bathrooms so so

Parking turned out to be really not so easy and we had to pay extra for a city parking

The splendour of the hotel reception and other communal areas. The sun terrace was very clean and well looked after. All the staff were all very helpful and courteous.
We had a superior room which was very small and did not resemble the photos on the site for a superior room, these should be changed to reflect more accurately what you will get.

The hotel was just lovely. Centrally located, lots of old world charm with nicely remodeled rooms. Very comfortable, good restaurant and bar, and staff always helpful. A hotel that you’ll look for to coming back to.
Driving to the hotel was a little stressful (it’s a compact busy city), but it all worked.

Perfect location, right in the middle of town.
The hotel is beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and breakfast was a feast.
I liked everything. If the pool had been bigger I would have used it more - but it was advertised as just a plunge pool, so no complaints.

The type of Tea Bags they offer were awful and I had to ask several times for hot water, the dispenser was often empty. This is a small detail unless you're a tea drinker and my only complaint. Hotel is great

Nice big room with large en-suite and super comfy bed. Also, excellent breakfasts
