Excelente. Silencio, tranquilidad, limpieza y amabilidad.

Ambiente tranquilo, mucho silencio. La amabilidad de todos los empleados, así como que muchos hablaran español. La opción de Garden spa, masaje muy bueno y chicas muy amables. La decoración y la limpieza de 10.

Very enjoyable and relaxing.

Accommodation (room) top class, staff excellent, pool facilities very good (Sun Loungers need an upgrade) Foof and service was fantastic with great variety each day.

Perfect perfect oerfect

Absolutely everything, staff really look after everyone, friendly and helpful. Spotless, comfy beds, great breakfast, fabulous cocktails. Plenty of sun loungers, very relaxing

Perfect hotel for a relaxing holiday

We had a brilliant stay at Felisia Hotel. We arrived early and were accommodated with a room straight away, we even had an upgrade to the junior suite. The staff were friendly throughout our stay, room was big, clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities could not be faulted. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and even catered for GF. The hotel is in a great location, and we walked or used short uber rides to get around. All in all a very relaxing stay. Would stay here again!

Nothing - everything was great. There was an issue with the light in our room. This was taken care off as soon as possible and we even had a bottle of prosecco left in the room afterwards.

Exceptional

I stayed with my wife for one night to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly.

Beautiful relaxing hotel

Beautiful hotel, lovely amenities and gardens. Staff could not be nicer. It was my parents’ 40th wedding anniversary and they left a card and bottle of champagne. Breakfast was excellent, lots of variety. Lunch one day was very good. Didn’t eat dinner. Loved the poolside bar and tennis courts. Would definitely return

Just took away one point because the location is a bit far from the main resorts but there are two nice villages in walking distance

The best hotel I have ever been to with the best spa. We even fell asleep at the end of the massage.

It was very beautiful, clean and had many amenities.

There wasn’t a microwave or fridge in the room unfortunately.

Excellent hotel. We will visit again.

We have stayed at this hotel before but this was the first time we opted for half board. The food choice and quality was excellent as was the restaurant service. The hotel gardens are very well maintained and are a wonderful alternative to sitting around the swimming pool. Staff were excellent. Shuttle bus to Falesia beach was really useful.
