La decoración

1) que me pida un depósito de 100 euros en la TC 2) el personal que atendía el restaurante y el desayuno eran muy elitistas 3) la distancia del hotel del centro 4) el hotel no te daba sugerencia del Bus que iba al centro, solo te decía que el taxi era la forma de irse 5) los taxis nos cobraban lo que les venía en gana. Del hotel al centro nos cobró 23 euros !!!

Stayed twice over the past month, 1st for a wedding and then following a family event in UCC.

Lovely selection of food. Staff very efficient and friendly.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff

Windows did not open in room so it was hot. Fan in room was necessary at times despite it being winter! Toilet paper quality was poor Need fridge in rooms

Loved it there!! Would recommend this hotel!!!!

Staff, food, room, grounds were perfect. Loved our stay there. Loved the Restaurant, and bar area, Very good food. Breakfast was amazing.

Sehr moderne Zimmer mit allem was man an Ausstattung braucht. Bar- und Restaurantbereiche wie auf den Bildern mit viel Flair und Stil eingerichtet. Tolles Team, das mit viel Engagement und Herzlichkeit empfängt.

The upper carpark has a very dangerous drop on the left that isn't marked or signed.

It was quite nice stay in a little bit overrated hotel

Place was good, but you need your own car or use a taxi. Room was really clean. Barmen at the bar (Hungarian guy) was very helpful.

It is not nice to hear after midnight loud chart of local employees in the back yard of hotel just outside our opened window. Breakfast - there are plenty of room to improve service there and food choices. We were standing and waiting for someone to come and to be sited for more than 3 minutes. Not so much but quite annoying. Surprise was that hotel with rate 200 EUR have only ONE option of bread. I mean no FRESH bread at all. And even more we were surprised to not find any kind of fresh vegetable in the middle of Summer. Even it is Irish summer:-)

Very nice hotel, would not pay for their breakfast though, not 4 star quality

Recommend staying there even if some way out of town.

The newness of the room and access by a lift👍. We’ve had stairs on our long trip so the lift was welcome. The bar and restaurant outstanding. They have a fantastic chef in their restaurant and highly recommend having a meal there. All staff welcoming and helpful.

Shower floor in ensuite prone to flooding as tiler didn’t level the floor correctly. Recommend using the overhead shower rose. Otherwise all great.

The location is easily accessible by car. The beds were comfortable. The night manager was really nice and helpful as we had some problems with our room.

The center of the city is quite far away, half an hour by city bus. The toiletries and towels were prepared just for two people even though we had a booking for three in a room with three beds. The shower in our room was broken. The night manager nicely and efficiently solved the problem and moved us to another room. Sadly, the only option was a room with two beds and an additional folding bed which was clearly not that comfortable. The staff was polite but cold, we would expect at least an apology for the inconvenience we encountered. The night manager is the bright exception, of course.

A great experience

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was great. A few teething problems in the hotel rooms (air con not working) but the new rooms are so fab it didnt matter. Staff also couldnt have been more helpful and dropped up a fan. A great stay and will be back

Lovely location for those who prefer a wooded option just outside Cork city center.

The location tucked in the woods made for two quiet and relaxing nights. The corner junior suite was very spacious and well-appointed. Self-parking was extremely easy and convenient.

The hotel will be even better once the renovation is complete. There was construction going on during our stay, though not too early in the morning and not on weekend. The hotel was very transparent telling us ahead of time that the construction was underway.

The walls were thin. We were woken up by the couple in the next room fighting. No staff answeted our call for help. It ruined our stay.

I was at my cousins wedding and the food was beautiful and the staff were very efficient and friendly I would highly recommend it for a wedding.

The price of beer is expensive 6.50 for a bottle of beer and 7.20 for a pint

All in all a nice comfortable stay but all the little things were annoying.

quiet. beds were comfortable.

austere decor in lounge Guinness was ice cold in lounge bathtub cold water tap only tricked so almost scalded. tub stopper could not be removed. only one small soap and were told to share between two people by reception only one face cloth for two people. stale biscuits remote for Netflix not working. no reading lamp .

The room was very clean and renovated Food was delicious

There was a foul smell coming from the bathroom, though the bathroom was sparkling clean, I had to keep the door closed at all times to prevent the smell entering the room. Food was bit pricey
