Great hotel! Great location. Beautiful private beach and very friendly staff

The staff were so kind and willing to help with everything we needed. The breakfast was the best we had in thailand. The rooms are super clean and comfortable.

The hotel is full of mosquitoes.

Perfekter und außergewöhnlicher Urlaub

Das Anantara bietet alles, was es zu einem Traumurlaub benötigt. :-) das Personal ist wirklich sehr sehr zuvorkommend und schauen, dass alles perfekt ist! Leider hatten wir die Regensaison erwischt, weshalb viel Regen da war. Trotzdem war es ein außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt dort! Jederzeit gerne wieder! :-)

Nice facilities and location but the privacy of the room and breakfast leaves alot to be desired, disappointed would sum

Pool access, close to fisherman’s village and the staff were excellent. Especially Remy and Orny.

The room has weird privacy problems young e to pull a partition across to change between privacy of using the shower and toilet. Also we were there for a week and the breakfast got very boring very quickly!

A couple of problems with doors in our rooms - but maintenance fixed them very quickly

It's a great location and very things close by and so convenient.

It's very nice and relaxing. The atmosphere is great. All staffs very friendly and helpful

First experience in Anantara, but with comments.

The spa was great. Staff are very friendly.

The beach bar charges for complimentary water. Reception not quickly responding to calls or requests The rooms were smaller than average. No global plugs outlets. We had only 1 adaptor. There should be a segregation for smoking and non smoking areas. There was a lot of bad smoke smell around our room.

Great location but I will not be retuning to this hotel again as it wasn’t anything special

The property literally sits on the beachside which is a beautiful location

The room was a bit rundown (for the price) with edges being broken, bits of the shower tile were cracked and the overall cleanliness of the room wasn’t great. When we put the ‘do not disturb sign’ the maid stood outside our door and rang the doorbell until we answered just to remind us that we’re checking out tomorrow :/

Lovely hotel in best location with excellent friendly staff.

Excellent location just a short walk from Fisherman’s Village. All the staff were lovely.

The bathroom wasn’t very private and there was not much space around the sink. Sometimes it’s better to keep it simple rather than introduce sliding doors and glass panels. It looked good initially but wasn’t very practical. Also as always they said they had a policy of removing towels from sun beds after 20 minutes but in reality this didn’t happen and the best loungers sat unused for most of the day!

Beautiful stay in an amazing place

Everything! The location next to the beach, the pool and bar, the staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room and the grounds of the hotel were lovely too. Very short walk to the fisherman's Market and restaurant area but still far enough away from it too.

One tiny detail, it would be useful to have a small drying area on the room balcony to hang wet clothes after coming back from the pool or beach.

construction failure

unfortunately, there was a construction at the hotel and no-one informed us about this before our arrival. It was a total mess and noise at the hotel so we had to change our reservation. otherwise, all the facilities and staff looks amazing but it is very unprofessional since they didn’t inform us about anything

Exceptional

Its not a 5 star hotel, its a 20 star hotel. Everything is absolutly perfect!!!! The stuff and the hotel WOW! They treated us like royalty. Perfect place near the market in the fisherman village 3 minutes walk! A private beach. The rooms and bed are the must comfy ever been! Thank you from the bottom of our heart for a fantastic vacation!

The resourant was ubder construction... thats it... We will come back again after december when its done!

The best treatment and hospitality we ever got

The best thing and most important thing after all, is the staff. They were so kind, helpful and generous. We originally started in Anantara in the Fisherman Village which suprisingly had renovation near the pool. We asked to move to the Anantara in the Chaweng, they immediatley agreed, found a room for us and arranged a taxi on their behalf. Then, we arrived to heaven on earth. A perfect place with everything you need. We will definitely come back again maybe even next week :)

nice but noisy at the moment

beautiful property on the beach, walking distance to the village and very nice rooms. extremely nice and supportive staff!

construction ongoing so it was very noisy and consequently two restaurants are not in use plus the spa is also under construction so not really functioning.

Great hotel - great location

The Anatara hotels are super luxurious. This is the best one I have stayed in. Everything is pitch-perfect. The location - the staff - the food - everything. My only regret is that I could only stay for one week. I loved this hotel.

This is one of the finest luxury hotels I have ever stayed in. Location was perfect - everything was just a short walk away. I can't wait to return.
