WiFi not good in room, very cold room

Bike storage area was good. comfortable bed.

- No heat in room; freezing in room - WiFi in room # 9 was slow and very poor signal - No elevator in hotel, $117 a night and would have expected an elevator. Steps to rooms not noted when booking,

a great hotel . not expensive but well placed and good food

one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in after an excellent dinner there. the staff were friendly and everywhere was spotlessly clean

It was good value for the money and was very quiet. The garden was very private.

It needed a few repairs, for example the bathroom heater was broken. The room's heating was unavailable between 8pm and 8am. I was a bit cold and had to snuggle into bed.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet location.

This Hotel had the biggest room I've ever stayed in! It was comfortable with clean linen and towels, had a seating area at the back next to but separated from the Hotel parking. There were a few bars which served food a few minutes walk from the Hotel. The breakfast was a choice of hot and cold food and was served at the rear facing the gardens, A fine Hotel.

Really impressive hotel, very efficient and friendly owners, exceptional cleanliness.

Food good, dinner (extra) but excellent, location v.good - a walk away from centre but away from crowds.

Hosts not keen on guests going to bed late...bar closed c. 10.00. No drink facilities in rooms.

Overnight stay in Bagnoles

The Building, the bed, the parking & the beautiful view onto the garden.

We arrived just afteŕ 8 and were only able to have dinner if we were ready within 15mns having travelled for 8 hours..We noticed other guests were in the same in the position(they came to eat in the café we were eating in) Couldn't access wifi as code only available from reception and closed when we returned to our room, this was really inconvenient.

Exceptional

Peaceful location with spacious parking, carpet in room instead of hardwood floor, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely staff and delicious breakfast. The garden is beautiful too. Everything was just fine. Thank you!
