Equipped with cooking essentials such as a cooktop, a coffeemaker, and dishware, this inconspicuous kitchen is both practical and appealing.
Guests are sure to enjoy the outdoor living space even more than the interior of the unit. A covered, private patio accessible via glass sliders is the ideal spot for morning coffee and offers guests a small two-seat dining table at no extra charge. While the studio is not lakefront, it is close enough to the water to offer beautiful views.
A community pavilion with charcoal grills and a swimming dock are available just a quick walk from the unit. Visitors with an appetite for adventure will appreciate the community’s central location between Hot Springs National Park, the downtown area, and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.

Please note - prior to booking there is 21 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.
Non-Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.
No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00 penalty fee.
We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
Instead of security deposits and booking fees, each booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage.
