Zum Glück gibt es überal genug Hotels, hierhin aufgrund der negativenErfahrubg, möchten wir allerdings nicht mehr kommen

die Lage war ok, toller Strand. Frühstück war ok, alles vorhanden, aber dass haben 3* auch.

Sofortige und komplette Zahlung bei Ankunft 🤔. 2,5 Tage kein warmes Wasser…😩keine Reduzierung des Preises, kein Gutschein über ein Essen im Restaurant. Zimmer Tausch war nicht möglich. Kein 4 * Hotel Gerechtfertigt. Spiegelei 2€ Aufpreis.

Un hôtel de qualité dans un lieu agréable (restaurants, bars-terrasses). A refaire.

La chambre était confortable avec sdb et toilettes séparés. Il y avait une kitchenette avec frigo, machine à café, bouilloire. Le lit était confortable. Le tout était d'une propreté impeccable. L'insonorisation est bonne. La chambre a une terrasse. Il y a une farde de bienvenue avec les informations utiles pour le séjour, endroits à visiter, grandes surfaces, activités, fonctionnement de l'hôtel... Le parking est spacieux et près des logements. Les environs (jardin) sont agréables et bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans le prix de la chambre, est complet. Dommage que les viennoiseries sont du type 'Sligro' (pâte industrielle à cuire). La salle du restaurant est fonctionnelle et agréable. Le personnel y est serviable.

Nous avions réservé une chambre avec animal de compagnie. Il est mentionné que l'admission des animaux doit être confirmée par l'hôtel, parce qu'il y a des quotas par type de chambre (?). Le personnel de l'hôtel nous a contacté pour dire qu'il n'y avait plus moyen d'accepter un animal de compagnie pour ce type de chambre, mais bien dans une chambre plus chère(!) La réservation était cependant accepté sur le site de Booking.com. Il serait plus honnête de mentionner par type de chambre s'il y a oui ou non encore une possibilité d'amener un animal de compagnie. Sinon, cela fait "à la tête du client". Le chauffage se fait par moyen de pompes à chaleur. Il est difficile d'obtenir une température adéquate en bas et sur la mezzanine (chambre), parce que le réglage se fait par moyen d'un boîtier central. Sans l'accros de l'animal de compagnie, ma note aurait été un 8.

Excellent stay at this Hotel

Very spacious and new establishment. Very comfortable hotel with design rooms with balcony. Super close to the beach, perfect for walks and they accept dogs.

16€/night extra for dogs.

An ideal place to take it easy and wind down in the dunes

Breakfast was great. The place was very calm and peaceful. The staff was helpful and the position to the beach was ideal. The restaurant's quality is very good.

Bikes of different sizes would be helpful. However, a good alternative is available in Dishoek at very affordable prices (8 euros per day for adults and 6.5 for children).

The location of this newly build hotel was extremely good, short walk to the beach and the beach bar

It was a great property. No reason to go outside as all the comfort was there. The breakfast was really well organised with lots of choice. The Main Dinner and the desserts were devine.

good location, very friendly and helpfull staff. good restaurant and a lot of space in the room. everything is brand new and well maintained. there is enough parking space and the possibility to charge electric cars.

missing shower curtain or door in the room which led to a swimming pool in the bathroom. after complaint we received tools to clean up after showering
