River Vista is a small restricted deed community in Port St Lucie, Florida, situated steps away from Sandpiper Bay Resort, Altitude Academies https://altdacademies.com/ (former Club Med world known resort). The neighborhood is made of 77 single family homes, some along the beautiful St Lucie River and a few on the golf course. The community is diverse in its population, with both American and International residents, snowbirds and full time owners.
Port Saint Lucie -- Florida's hidden hotspot.
Back in the 1950s, Port Saint Lucie was uninhabited, aside from a few farms and a fishing camp. That changed rapidly, especially during the 2000s, when this coastal gem went from hidden to hot -- so much so that its population overtook that of Fort Lauderdale and is now roughly 180,000 residents. The "why" is fairly easy -- Port Saint Lucie features 21 miles of pristine beaches along Florida's east coast and it is the spring training home of the New York Mets. Add in the tropical climate, the golf courses, and its easy access to I-95 and the Florida Turnpike, and there's plenty to love about Port Saint Lucie.
Situated between Fort Pierce to the north and Jupiter Island to the south, your Port Saint Lucie apartment will provide easy access to several popular destinations. But with so much to do in Port Saint Lucie, you may not want to venture far from home. Be sure to visit the Port Saint Lucie Botanical Gardens, stroll the Riverwalk Boardwalk, take a river cruise, go canoeing in Savannas State Preserve Park, go horseback riding on the beach, and hike the Oak Hammock Park nature trails.

Kitchen has been updated and has white cabinets, beautiful backsplash and counter tops. Home has plantation shutters, tray ceilings, crown molding, walk in closets and is spotless. This home has been lovingly cared for and it shows. This River Vista neighborhood is quiet and so close to beaches, shopping, golf courses, and Sandpiper Bay Resort (former Club Med Resort) and Altitude Sport Academy.
