The driveway can park up to 4 cars and you can park an additional 2 on the front lawn. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS at the SIDE OF THE HOUSE. The septic system is there and can easily be damaged if enough weight is put on it.

*THE DOCK* - The dock is removed around October and put back in around May when it's warmer. If the dock is important to you, please ask me so I can confirm if it's on or off. Docking your boat on the dock may or may not be possible as the water levels fluctuates quite a lot. if its low, then you will have trouble docking your boat. The dock is 38 feet.

*SEPTIC TANK* – The property is on a septic system. DO NOT flush any paper towels or large items down the toilet. Those things WILL get stuck and clog the plumbing system resulting in water to come back up and start flooding the property.

There is a ditch at the end of the driveway on the other side of the road. If you go too far back, you will get stuck.

*LANDSCAPE* - No large vehicle to be driven in the back yard. The septic system weeping system is located there and could easily get damaged.

*FURNITURE* - Make sure to put all the furniture back in place. If furniture is left misplaced and the cleaners has to move it back, a $100 charge will be charged to you.

*CAMERAS* - For the safety of the guests and the property, there are cameras outside of the cottage on 24/7 recording and only pointed outside of the cottage towards the back deck, front porch, and the other 2 sides outside.

*NOISE DETECTORS* - There are noise detectors installed inside and outside of the property (they do not record anything nor can anyone listen through it). These products can be found all over if you would like more details about them. If we are notified of excessive noise, or get a complaint from the neighbors, you will either be charged $200 per incident or be asked to leave.

*BUGS* - This is a cottage, and there are a lot of bugs in the area, from spiders to ladybugs to mosquitos. If you are weary about this, then I wouldn’t recommend the cottage in the warmer months :)

This location is ideal for families. We were a group of 7 adults and 3 children (9, 7, & 3). The large yard gave the kids a lot of space to run around and they loved inventing games around the volleyball net. The swing was a big hit with the older two. The water is fairly shallow around the dock with a sandy bottom, and we were still able to dock our boat easily and comfortably. The kitchen table was large enough for all of us to sit for meals and the fridge was able to store all of our food for the week :) We recommend this location and would return.
