Introducing you to our exclusive Maltese one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Valletta that can accommodate up to 3 guests. This city is truly exceptional with its history and is a site of UNESCO heritage! Our luxurious and unique apartment with its mixture of contemporary and authentic design will not leave you indifferent. This boutique style penthouse is located in the authentic building, the facade and the elements bring the real feeling of Maltese heritage, whilst the inside has been recently refurbished with a modern/stylish look.

As you enter the apartment you find yourself in the small entrance area leading to the double bedroom with authentic Maltese tiles and the balcony and the ensuite bathroom. From the entrance area you also have the staircase leading to the second floor, where you can find a big kitchen finished with marble, sofa, TV and around the corner there is also another WC. There is also plenty of storage space, washer, air conditioning and heating, so the apartment may be heated throughout during the winter months.

The second floor is also complemented with the huge terrace from where you can enjoy sea views, Sliema views, as well as fantastic church and square views. The terrace is equipped with the barbecue and outside furniture..

The apartment has everything prepared for you to start your vacation, including linens, towels, washing and ironing facilities, Wi-Fi, apartment and city guide, complementary amenities and there is also self-catering possibility within apartment’s fully equipped kitchen which offers top-quality amenities including cooking equipment, fitted wine fridge, oven, microwave, large fridge, and induction hob.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The apartment building is located on a calm street in the heart of Valletta, just on your doorstep you will have access to many landmarks of the city. It is perfect for culture seekers who would like to discover this wonderful city with a strong identity.

Less than a kilometer around, you will have access to many cafes, bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the center of Valletta. Even more shops and bars may be found in Sliema, which is easily accessible by taxi, bus or by ferries. The stops are a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

Valletta is full of life during the day, the local Maltese have a friendly attitude, and everything can be reached by walking. At night Valletta remains really calm yet vibrant and you can appreciate a nice dinner in the capital with a large amount of good restaurants. We will be happy to suggest to you some of the best ones!

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Bus: Valletta bus terminus is the main terminus on the island and has the busses going to all parts of Malta so you will be able to go anywhere from Valletta.

Ferries: Valletta also has 2 ferry strops, one near the apartments going to sliema and the second one on the other side of Valletta going to 3 cities. This is the fastest way to reach the mentioned areas, and also is generally a very unusual cool experience.

To make your stay as amazing as possible we offer many extra services - transfers, excursions, cruises, catering, yacht and other services, and we will be happy to give you more details or organize them for you!

If you need the sofa bed, extra folding bed or baby cot to be set up, please kindly let us know in advance, so we could prepare that for you. Please kindly note that usage of sofa bed is included in the price, the usage of extra folding bed is Eur 20 per night, and the baby cot fee is Eur 50 for the whole stay.

Late check-in after 19:00 is subject to a late check-in fee of Eur 40, and late check-ins after 00:00 are subject to a late check-in fee of Eur 70.

We can provide you with the carbon for the barbecue upon your request, the fee is Eur 15.
