Situated in the residential area of Beacon Hill, close to Maho beach, here is a quiet oasis of luxury and elegance on the shore of the Caribbean Sea. This modern Villa of 4500 sq ft, with not overlooked, offers 4 bedrooms: 4 king-sized and 4 bathroom “en-suite”, a 0.5 bathroom for guests, a large dining-living room with open modern kitchen, private - parking spaces in the gated property. The high ceilings of 10 Ft with built-in light and the flush-to-wall doors add an exquisite touch to the modernism of the concept.
The spacious terrace accommodates 6 long chairs and a sitting area to enjoy watching the sunset having a drink or 2 with family/friends.
In 5mn walk to Maho you will find gourmet restaurants offering great menus. You will discover also a mall with luxury boutiques and the most well-known Grill-Bar to savor a cocktail, in Sint Maarten.
