Outstanding accommodations and customer service

I had been on the highway for 5 hours. I decided to find a nearby hotel to sleep and resume the next day. I walked in and Megan was working at the front desk. She was extremely friendly and helpful and had a room secured for me within minutes. What a breath of fresh air she was! The morning breakfast was excellent!

Overall it was good. The staff were all very nice and efficient

Breakfastcwas great except the weak or watered down coffee

Rm 211 malfunction toilet, not shutting off. I had to remove the tank cover b to fix it. The shower drain in the room above me on the 3rd floor was so loud in the bathroom of 211, it was unbelievable. The prac ac unit is noisy and cycles repeatedly.

Great place to stay!

Location is absolutely perfect!! Literally right in the middle of everything with just minutes to downtown and JMU! Great spot!! Breakfast is a great touch and the staff are literally so nice and understanding about everything!

Mild odor upon walking into the room. Drain didn’t thoroughly drain in the shower and there was just a little bit of pet hair on the comforter. Nothing major by any means. Just something I noticed.

We loved everything about this hotel. Very impressed with our stay!

Breakfast was excellent. We had a very nice assortment of breakfast foods. It was the best breakfast we have had compared to other hotels that offered "breakfast included". Entire hotel was extremely clean. Bedroom and bathroom were very spacious and super clean. Location was excellent. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. The front desk staff was very personable and friendly. Overall we had a great experience here!

Very enjoyable

The cleanliness was superb. Then there staff was very helpful. Enjoyed our stay.

There was no charge. so hard to complain. But the breakfast wasn't great as everything else.

We liked the hotel and would definitely stay again.

The location was fine, close enough to the highway. There were plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and quiet. We especially liked the sweet dog at the front desk.

We had no complaints.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great. The facility was very clean. I saw security personnel. Additionally, the property was well lit.

There was no ice maker on the 2nd floor.

I enjoyed my stay the only thing they could improve is their breakfast. It was ok not great.

It was very nice, we were pleased.

Everything was very nice, it was clean, comfortable, quiet, good location and the price was right for graduation weekend. Expecially nice was the bottle of champagne in the room for JMU graduation.

although it was a little farther off the main highway, the area was very safe, quiet, great location

noise above our 2nd floor room, coming from 3rd floor ,obviously late check in people

Good location, great breakfast options.

Cost. Seems like there are no "deals" for one short night, guick shower, small breakfast then out of there. $181.00 for less than 14 hours at the hotel. But, going rate these days it seems.
