This apartment was perfect for our short stay in Beverley

Location was perfect for us for a wedding in Beverley, it's a 10 min walk to the center. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Alan was a very nice host and acted immediately when we had a small issue with the heating that shouldn't have been on (previous tenants messed with it).

Cleanliness was not at the top, there were cobwebs on the less used spaces (under the dressing table eg).

A very clean, comfortable and welcoming apartment within minutes' walk of the town centre. Lovely bathroom and everything we needed in the kitchen and for dealing with laundry.

Enjoyed stay and area’s around with help from host re fishing venues.

Standards very good and interior design excellent. Walking distance to town centre for evening good.

A choice of summer quilt or a throw to put on with just a sheet as was winter quilt on bed. Outside didn’t match the standards of inside which are excellent.

Amazing family stay in Beverley

Such a large spacious apartment! Everything we needed was there, including toiletries, towels, milk, coffee and tea. Host was amazing meeting us to hand over the keys and showed us around. Overall 10/10

Absolutely perfect

The first thing to note re finding the Travellers Rest Apartment is that there is no longer a cafe underneath, so there is no obvious signage. Basically, coming from the town centre, the apartment is about 50 yards short of the Sloop Inn pub, on the same side of the road. The name is above the door. We were met on arrival by Alan who is charming and had sorted out a parking permit that allowed “residential” street parking in town for the duration of our stay. The location of the apartment is ideal, just by the end of the attractive Beck. The flat itself is lovely. It is beautifully decorated and furnished, and very roomy. In short, a real “home from home” and the provision of tea, coffee and milk on arrival is a really nice touch. With easy parking, very comfortable accommodation and an easy 15 minute stroll to Beverley’s lovely town centre, this was ideal and we will definitely book this apartment again. Property was clean, comfortable, warm and convenient for the town centre

Property is on quite a busy road during the day although quitens at night. Thre is some noise from cafe downstairs but only during daytime.

Birding base in Beverley!

Very warm, cosy and comfortable, with everything needed for a self-catering break. Only a short walk to the Minster...an essential visit.

I understand why you have hypo allergenic pillows, but too hard for me!

Great apartment

Fantastic apartment perfect for visiting area, walking distance to the centre. Very well equipped kitchen, luxury beds and bedding. Plenty of information and guides in welcome pack of places to visit and eat.

Second visit and already planning a third!

It was my second time staying at the Travellers Rest Apartment and it was just as good as the first. The decor is beautiful and the property is exceeding clean with extras like milk, tea bags and coffee all provided for on arrival. Alan was a super host and the secret garden area the apartment has is amazing - a perfect sun trap in the evenings. The location is fantastic a few minutes walk and you are in Beverley centre or if you want peace and quiet there is a lovely canal walk 2 minutes from the property. I cant recommend this property enough!

Fabulous stay and good value for money

The property was spotlessly clean, it's a large apartment only 5 mins walk into town. The host Alan was friendly and communicated well throughout and has thought of everything. There was tea, filter coffee and milk on arrival with hand sanitizer in each room. We went on a really hot couple of nights but there was a fan in each bedroom, I would highly recommend .

Wonderfull experience

Absolutely wonderful apartment. Clean. Comfy. Excellent facilities. Ideal location. Parking right outside the door. Nothing too much trouble for the host, Alan. I can recommend this place 100%. The photos do'nt do it any justice. The next time we decide to stay in Beverley, this place is defo top of my list. Thanks again Alan.

A relaxing short break in a luxurious setting.

The location was excellent. The town centre could easily be reached on foot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented with a great deal of thought going into what guests might need. We simply cannot fault our stay.

Wish we could have stayed longer!!!
