About this house rental
Single level home with vaulted ceiling open kitchen living area concept with full lake view and French door access to a 600 square foot new trex deck. Deck offers luxury lounge seating, covered outdoor dinning table, gas fire pit and a 6 burner kitchen aid barbecue 3 bedrooms 2 baths with master suite lake views and a walk in jetted shower. Sleeps 6. Secure 2 car garage fully finished with a double murphy bed for added guests. Property has boat dock and Rivera Club access to lake & salt water boat launch, tennis courts, 9 hole golf coarse and clubhouse with restaurant.

Wonderful Lakeside Vacation
I cannot say enough good things about this vacation home. The location on the lake provides so many opportunities for fun times with the family (and the water is warm enough to enjoy) so bring your kayak or paddle board and life jackets for the kids. My 5 year-old granddaughter caught her first fish and she was over the moon with excitement. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. We actually liked supporting the small local grocery and didn't find prices there out of line. You will want to bring your own fresh produce or meat, though.
The entire property was very clean, the beds were comfortable. What a great place!

Great lake front space and property
Had a lovely time with children in this home and on the lake. Paddle boards were a huge hit. Air conditioning was an unexpected massive, massive plus.

10 out of 10. This is a five star rental. The island is a peaceful get away. The experience of being on the water either on a boat sailing or dock outside this amazing rental. Just perfect.

Wonderful
We loved our stay on the island. The house is just as nice and clean as the pictures. The lake and island are beautiful. The neighborhood was very quiet. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. The house had everything we needed and more. The ferry made it difficult to do things in the city, and they fill up early, but we knew that getting into it. Next time we would stay put on the island and have everyone visit us rather than visiting them. There’s really no reason to leave. We highly recommend this house.

My company rented the house for a project we had on the Island. When I arrived I loved it so much that I had to have my wife come up and stay over the weekend. We definitely recommend this during the summer months.

Absolutely gorgeous home and view
The home was exceptional. There are a number of impressive amenities in the home. There is a real pride to the renovation and upkeep up the property. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. The lake is pristine and the use of the boat and kayaks made my kids very happy. The kitchen is fully stocked with almost everything you need to bake, cook, and serve a meal. The house was absolutely spotless when we arrived. The beds were quite comfortable. My favorite part was the great deck that were about to hang out and take in the view.
Just a couple inconveniences: the grill had a gas leak at the connector of the tank and the regulator. We let the property owner know, and he said he would have his maintenance person look at it, so I would assume it will be fixed before anyone else stays. The backyard was great and a good place for kids to play, but there was a considerable amount of goose droppings, which is understandable do to the wildlife near the lake, but someone should be careful when walking out there. We also had an issue with the external garbage and recycle bins being full when we got there, but the property owner was understanding and said his cleaning person would take care of it.
Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone that wants to have a lovely, quiet, laid back rental experience with their families on a gorgeous lake on an amazing Pacific Northwest island.
Be sure to check the ferry schedule and arrive early. Also, bring your groceries as the general store is limited and pricey. But it is absolutely worth it.

Wonderful retreat!!!
This property is lovely!! The home has new finishes, soft throw blankets and towels, and is fully stocked with quality cookware and all the dishware needed to feed a big crew. The island is a terrific get-away, and the owners made us feel right at home, letting us use their kayaks and bikes. Would love to stay here again!

Relaxing Break at the Lake House
We had a great stay at The Lake house during Winter break.
The house is being completed renovated and feels brand new. The kitchen and living room have plenty of room to relax on rainy days while enjoying the gorgeous view of the lake. The kitchen is fully stocked and is great for cooking and baking, but we did miss a toaster for breakfast.
The house has a huge deck, but unfortunately all the furniture and gas firepit are in storage until June. We had hoped to enjoy the firepit on the cold sunny days we had during our stay. So we hope to come back later this year to enjoy the outdoor facilities.
Across the street there is a small playground with a zipline that our kids enjoyed
