The property is in a nice location near Manasota Key and Caspersen beaches. The pool could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, there wasn't much to complain about. We had a lot of fun and would stay here again.

This location is so beautiful and peaceful! The house is perfect for a relaxing family vacation. It has everything needed, from cooking supplies, pool toys, beach necessities and is pet friendly! The pool and lanai were a Fav, and we enjoyed trying our hand at fishing off of the dock. No luck catching any, but we were able to say Hi to a huge turtle! Had one hiccup with electricity outside, but we were too busy enjoying ourselves, so we made the best of it and it worked out just fine. We contacted the Evolve team and they had someone there immediately. We Loved the Yummies donut shop down the road! Even when it rained, as it definitely does often in FL, sitting outside in lanai playing games and watching movies while enjoying the storm was wonderful! The Brohard dog beach was just 15 minutes away and we loved it!!! We watched fireworks from there on the 4th! I’d definitely recommend this home for adults, kids of all ages and your pups!

The pool/jacuzzi screened in patio was a lot of fun, as well as the outdoor firepit area. It's very private and secluded. We did have some cleanliness issues and there was not a lot of essentials in the kitchen. We had to buy dish soap, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies etc. No extra blankets, pillows, or bath towels. The host and owner were very helpful and accomodating and addressed a couple of electrical issues immediately. Overall, a good time despite the minor set backs.

Nice house. The hot tub could have been cleaner. We ended up having to go by a gas tank for the grill. The pots,pans and dishes are in need of an upgrade. It’s probably caused by the water but all cookware and glasses have white film on them. We thought it was soap residue from the dishwasher but soon learned we couldn’t scrub it off. There was only three coffee cups in the house. No chaise loungers by the pool.

The property is beautiful and as pictured. It is spacious and comfortable. We ran into issues with the keyless entry but evolve came out quickly to resolve.
The pool was a bit cloudy because the water level was too low to filter but that is an easy fix and it was not warm enough outside to swim anyway.
We enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful home with everything we needed! We barely left the house. The house was big enough to for 2 families to live comfortably. The master closet is big enough to fit a pack n play. The kids really enjoyed the pool and there was a creek in the backyard to enjoy some fishing! However, I did not enjoy booking through Evolve through VRBO. My listing never came up on the Evolve website and it was hard to navigate adding on the pool heating fee. Once I figured out who to contact, Amanda, from Team Ocean Breeze, was extremely responsive and made everything go smoothly. I would definitely book this house again now that I know the process!

My childhood home was blocks away, so this visit was very nostalgic. The neighborhood is quiet, the home is beautiful and spacious. Our boys loved the saltwater pool and hot tub! We managed to get to Nokomis beach a couple times, but enjoyed the peacefulness of the pool. And having Alexa inside the house was pretty neat! Would stay again 💯!

This is a nice house just minutes from downtown Venice and the beach, it was renovated not long ago so nicely appointed with comfortable bedrooms. The pool and hottub are nice, there’s a great patio, grill, lots of TVs and an outdoor fire pit area. Very relaxing, and the host was super responsive – brought new glasses immediately when I pointed out they were lacking. Only minus is that the kitchen is missing a lot of core supplies. Would recommend.

We chose this property to visit some family in the nearby area.The home was spotless and very well equipped.Jason, the owner, was easily accessible and answered the few questions we had very quickly. The backyard is perfect for evenings around the fire with privacy.I highly recommend.

My family enjoyed the Thanksgiving weekend at this beautiful home, complexity heated pool, hot tub, fire pits, and smart home features throughout. We also loved the neighborhood tortoises! Highly recommend this for families!

The house was very clean and well stocked. My adult boys were excited about the special shark tooth scooper. The pool was wonderful. The fire pit area was so pretty, we had a lot of fun there. The guys all enjoyed the dock by the creek. It was a wonderful getaway, close to everything!! We very much enjoyed our stay!! Highly recommended this super cute house!!

My family of 7 had a wonderful time!! The house was clean and well stocked!! They thought of everything!! The beach supplies were a very nice bonus, especially the shark tooth scooper. Jason reached out and sent a link to a booklet all about the property - inside and out! He answered our questions really fast and was so welcoming. The house is conveniently located to downtown and the dog beach. Our pups had a blast and we had a great vacation.

The firepit propane tank was empty and did not function reliably. The caretaker was friendly but works full time in another state which causes delays in responses.

The hot tub was a little green & slimy. I don’t know if the pool service takes care of that or not. Overall I would definitely stay here again.

I notified the owner of of problems and I think he will take care of it.

We rented this home for a family "SuperBowl Sunday" gathering with 3 out-of-town relatives. The property was exactly as described, comfortable and well stocked. It was exactly what we were needed and hoped for. The host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues.
The location is a short drive to the island/downtown Venice, beaches about 10 min away, Wawa & Walmart less than 2 miles...nothing is too far.
The curb appeal is underwhelming when you pull up...but when you open the door and walk inside...Feels Like Home! Interior was super clean, comfortable and well designed. The mature tropical backyard made for a perfect walk with our tiny dog. Be sure to take a walk back to the small dock overlooking Alligator Creek, serenity (wear bug spray though).
The pool space was large, screened and even during a rainstorm we could stay dry under the wide overhang.
There's a Keurig making morning coffee a breeze for those with varying tastes (BYOKcups). If you like a quick breakfast and delicious donuts and such, don't miss Yummies Donuts at the corner where you turn to access the neighborhood. Super close, super yummy! The fridge is large and even an extra one in the garage if needed for drinks, etc. For quick nearby lunch or dinner, do not miss a trip to Mad Dogs hotdog drive-through (in the movie theater parking lot, also a great place for rainy days)...exceptional service and every combination imaginable. Oreo milkshakes, wow!
