Nach dem ersten Schreck 3 angenehme Tage verbracht.

Schöner Pool, geräumige Terrasse

Der Geruch im ganzen Zimmer war sehr unangenehm, im „Bad“ kaum auszuhalten. Das Badezimmer ist ein Plastikwanne, ähnlich wie auf der Fähre. Die Schließzeit des Pools war mit 19:00 Uhr recht früh angesetzt. Die Parkplätze sind den Wohnungen zugeteilt, sind aber extrem klein.

Skønt ophold, dejlig pool, fin beliggenhed.

Dejligt ophold. Meget sødt, hjælpsomt og engelsktalende personale. Skønne omgivelser, fik lidt “Bali-fornemmelse”. Stille. Dejlig pool. Selve “huset” var kun lige stort nok til os 4. køkken meget småt og sparsomt indhold fx ingen gryde. Toilet også lille, men velfungerende. Kunne se at andre boliger var anderledes indrettet Men alt i alt et skønt sted. Lidt dyrt.

Cadre agréable , personnel accueillant et wifi problématique en 2024

Le cadre est très agréable. De l’ombre sous les pins L’entretien y est présent, le tri qui est demandé au client est une très bonne chose Le personnel est très agréable La piscine est vraiment un plus la résidence L’appartement est agréable surtout la terrasse

Un réel souci de wi-fi, surtout si vous êtes côté mer Côté appartement la salle de bain et la cuisine sont vraiment très étroits et petits

Un petit-déjeuner à emporter très complet avec un rapport qualité prix très convenable. Le personnel est très serviable d’une gentillesse hors du commun et toujours à votre service. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Superbe établissement

L’emplacement est superbe, un appartement avec vue mer, et une résidence très bien entretenue, le top. La piscine est magnifique. Et un personnel très à l’écoute et accueillant.

Génial. Calvi est splendide et cette résidence est superbe. La piscine doit être géniale en été.

Le personnel d’accueil était super, très agréable. L’appartement était superbe avec une belle vue sur la mer.

Le seul bémol de l’appartement était la porte de la salle d’eau.. lorsque qu’on ferme la porte, celle-ci fini sur l’interrupteur de la cuisine et allume/éteint la lumière. De plus, la porte ne se ferme pas vraiment ce qui peut être un peu gênant. Un autre point gênant mais pas trop, l’emplacement de la climatisation juste au dessus d’un meuble. L’air ne descend pas vraiment et reste « bloqué » sur le meuble (qui va sûrement vite se dégrader). Sinon le reste était top.

A great independent base for exploring Calvi and beyond.

Spacious accomodation in a lovely shaded setting located in a pine grove with sea views.

The finishes and furnishings are a bit tired but the newly renovated kitchen and bathroom areas lift the quality considerably.

Good camping experience

The staff is nice and welcoming you. The pool is big enough for the busy days. The parking has also some shade during the day.

Almost impossible to use the wifi should you need it. You can enjoy the snoring neighbors during the night because of the extra thin walls.

Quiet location, nice place for few days

Quiet location so you can sleep well, a lot of trees in residence area so a lot of shadow, own parking place, around 15min walk to town down the hill. All available what you need for cooking in kitchen, AC, quite new bathroom, comfort bed. Big windows to terrace.

Our room should have view to pool but pool was actually one level higher so there was no pool view from ground floor, only rooms on first floor can see it (we were ok with this but it can be misleading). For sandy beach you have to go by car or bike, nearby beaches are only rocks.

Great place, annoying additional charges

Good clean apartment, nice pool, convenient location, friendly staff.

Additional fee for linen and towels. Another additional fee for cleaning at check out, however we were still expected to strip the bed and take out our rubbish. I would have expected this to be included if they charge an extra 45 euros for a check out clean!

Calvi calm;

Location is perfect for us, near PR Littoral to Revellatta lighthouse, 20 minutes walk into town. Pool area is sunny.

Wifi connection is unreliable when it works.

Avoid this place. Poor service and not at all value for the price

The person managing the reception in the morning shift was helpful and service oriented.

Though I had called at 3pm to say that we will reach by 5pm the room was not ready until 7.15pm. The check in time is 4pm but according the staff, this is only the minimum limit and they can stretch this. The bathroom is extremely small and the the toilet is just next to the kitchen. The wifi does not connect for more than 2 devices and is extremely slow/unreliable

Close to Calvi downtown (15min à pied) in a Hawaiian style housing with pool and just a small walk to the ocean rocks. A quick starting point also to a walking tour around the prèsqu‘île de la Revellata.

Kitchen and bathroom had its best days. Some renovation necessary.
