Fantastic home for a family to stay and loads of room to spread out.

House was spacious and beds were all made. Love the double car garage and ease of movement within the house. Great to have the 2 bathrooms. Excellent for a large group

We moved the couch and there was a lot of rubbish underneath. No spare blankets for the extra bedding,

Disappointing

Facility was adequate, nothing stood out as award winning, the house was a reasonable size.

Dirty Fans, dirty air-conditioner vent, no wine glasses, unkempt garden (weeds everywhere), host experience unwelcoming and mechanical, no extra blankets, rubbish left in freezer. It was hardly award winning. Smallest bath and showerI have ever seen. No hot water in second bathroom, unfortunately I could go on and on!!

Awesome place!

The place was such a great home to stay in. We stayed for about a week after packing up in Gladstone for our move. After staying here, I wished we had of rented out this way from day one in Gladstone. Close to shops. Nice suburb. Spacious home.

great place good for the sports event we needed it for. just a bit of a shame the gas went

location to my needs was perfect. the house was what we needed although we ran out of gas. therefore we couldn't cook and had cold showers

Pleasant

The size of the property was great and it felt clean and comfortable.

The property was in need of maintenance. The dining chairs were very unstable and one broken when my son sat on it. There were blinds missing and broken blinds throughout the house. The light in the kitchen didn't work making it very dark. The kitchen sink tap was also broken but still useable. When we arrived there was wet washing on the line meaning I was unable to hang my own washing.

Great home, poor management.

The spaciousness, the ducted AC, the lock up garage, the layout of the house. It really is a great home for large families.

The house itself was pretty good.. It wasn't the cleanest, with the floors being pretty dirty, the linen in the cupboard was all messy and unorganised, showers had body hair in them and the lawns not maintained at all. Not a big issue for this particular stay for us, I was happy to clean it. What I didn't appreciate was the manager texting me after checkout asking why we ripped a pillowcase and why we broke the kitchen sink. It was clear that the pillowcase stitching had come undone along the seam and we hadn't even noticed it. As for the kitchen sink, it was already like it when we got there and whoever the cleaners are (I think the managers are the cleaners) would have noticed it when they cleaned it after the guests before us. Is this something the manager tries to blame each tenant instead of just fixing it?? I was prepared to leave a great review and I was willing to overlook the untidiness up until receiving receiving text accusations. Very poor management in my opinion.
