My dog and I were very comfortable in this impeccably neat and clean cabin. The location is in walking distance from a favorite restaurant and also a tour boat dock. There is a dog run just out the back door, and "doggie bags" are provided in the front grass area. Really appreciated the quality amenities (washer/dryer, good wifi, charging ports for tech devices, kitchen utensils, dishes, and more). So glad to have found this quiet and inviting place, and would stay here again.

I have enjoyed staying in these cabins quite a few times and have always enjoyed everything about it. This trip didn't disappoint except for.......yard work being done at 7am when it is clearly posted that quiet hours are 10pm-8am. Oh well, I would highly recommend these lovely units.

This little property was perfect for me and my daughter for a Spring Break trip. It was safe, clean and new. We enjoyed the electric fireplace while we watched tv in the evenings. The location was perfect for getting around town. And the property manager was extremely easy to communicate with, especially when I forgot my sunglasses after checkout and they were kind enough to mail them to me. We would absolutely consider staying here again for another fun trip!

My stay overall was great. The only issue I had was what I expected did not happen, I thought I was getting a one bedroom rental. It turned out to be one big room (efficiency) with the kitchen and bedroom combined.

This is my second stay here. It is perfect, comfortable bed with lots of pillows, great kitchen and eating area, lots of lights unlike hotels. I liked being close to downtown and good restaurants. I am up for a third visit. Thanks, Cherry

Enjoyed our stay but the online photos need to be updated for Cabin 4 to reflect what amenities are actually in the cabin. The photos show a coffee pot and filters so we brought our own coffee, but there wasn't a coffee pot or filters, only a pod type making machine with a small amount of pods for a 4 night stay. Also, there wasn't a spice rack or paper towels as the online photos show.

Host and property or exceptional. Immaculate condition and decorations, great communication, accommodating of requests, well laid out, quiet. Location is perhaps not the best neighborhood, but it is really well located in proximity to restaurant and grocery store as well as old downtown. Hands down the smoothest rental experience I have ever had. Would be a top choice for family in the future.

Very cute, comfortable “cabin” to stay in! We were expecting it to be a one bedroom layout not a studio but it worked fine. Really appreciated having the washer and dryer for the week. Enjoyed the area especially visiting the Redwoods! The only recommendation would be extra attention to cleaning of the bottom of the glass shower doors.

We stopped here on our drive from CA to Portland and this place had everything we needed for a family of 4! The mock fireplace was on waiting for us in this quaint little cabin that made us feel even more welcome. The space was super clean, it had an enclosed back area for our little dog (and toddler) to run around in, and the kitchen came stocked so we could make food. Cherry was super helpful and communicative setting things up for us and made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay. If we are ever in the area again, we would love to stay again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The cabin was very clean and well supplied with everything we needed, even a easher and dryer! We needed to add a day and while the cabin we were in wasn't available, the one next door was. The property managers made the transition easy and smooth. We will absolutely stay here again.

Rico was above and beyond and demonstrated why River Side Cabins is Rated a Super Host. Host was very Helpful also in taking care of an Issue I had and also reminding me that there was another date that needed to be canceled. All in All a Great Place in Grants Pass.

The Riverside Cabins are well made, great decor, full kitchen and a washer & dryer. Sound proof so quiet. Set up for a short stay or a long stay. Recommend them!

Entry code was incorrect so I had to contact the host to be let into the room. The room wasn’t stocked with all the items once I was able to enter. The host was nice and corrected all issues. The rest of our stay was pleasant.
