Insgesamt gut, in dem geschilderten Punkt massiv elend.

Restaurant am Abend und Frühstücke(e) waren gut, reichlich und aufmerksam bedient. Danke.

Dass man aus Missachtung und falscher Sparsamkeit mir altem gehandikapten Mann (ich bin jetzt im 88. Lebensjahr) die bestellte und (we are eagerly ...!) erwartbare Sitzerhöhung im WC nicht gestattet und nicht montiert hatte. So ruiniert man seine alten Knie und muss sich hilflos von Dritten aufhelfen lassen, wie peinlich! Das muss in einem renommierten Hotel nicht sein, wo sinnlos große Beträge für Ausschmückung und nutzlosen Tand ausgegeben werden.

Un séjour parfait

La gentillesse et serviabilité du personnel. L’emplacement tout près du centre, le confort de la chambre et la propreté. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Le plus est le parking intérieur avec bornes de recharge. Lors de mon prochain passage à Rouen, j’y retournerai sans hésiter.

Le pdj était super copieux . Le spa beau et propre . Le bar propose une chouette carte des boissons . La salle de sport est magnifique propose plusieurs activités . Lit très confortable

Excellent location. Room was spotless and the staff were really welcoming and helpful!

Geschmackvollen Hotel in wunderbarer Lage am Jean d'Arc Turm

Die ideale Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Altstadt, das sehr freundliche Personal und das komfortable Zimmer

Das Frühstück war gut aber nicht außergewöhnlich, daher fand ich den (Sonder)Preis von 23 € zu hoch. Der Zimmerpreis steht aber im Verhältnis zur Leistung.

Hôtel très bien situé près de la gare et du centre historique, très belle accueil surtout à la réception de PAULINE et son équipe pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. The location was great although parking was a challenge due to the low roof in the garage so we had to find parking on the street overnight. The breakfast was very good and overall an enjoyable short stay.

Would have liked our 4.8 kilo Bishon Maltese to come in the restaurant which we did the night before in Radisson Blu Bordeaux and as we were making our way back to England from The Costa Fel Sol we like what you have but it quite expensive.

A quand l'extase de la découverte ...

Notre 2ème expérience dans cet établissement 4 étoiles : l'effet de surprise n'y est plus ! Il reste bien situé, confortable. Le personnel fait tout ce qu'il peut pour satisfaire la clientèle (merci pour le geste commercial)

L'étroitesse du parking proposé (difficile d'y remédier) La gestion logistique au petit-déjeuner ! Au vu du nombres de chambres réservées et de clients checkés la veille, il n'est pas normal, le lendemain matin, de devoir attendre 40 minutes, montre en mains, pour voir réapparaître de simples oeufs brouillés car la cuisine ne suit pas. Il n'est pas admissible de s'entendre dire "regardez autour de vous, il y a beaucoup de monde !" comme réaction instantanée parce que l'on n'a pas anticipé l'affluence : C'était une surprise ? Ne doit-on pas réserver son petit-déjeuner la veille ? Malgré les efforts de la petite employée pour tenter de réassortir, seule, le buffet déjeuner et à subir les désagréments en 1ère ligne ! Peut-être aurait-il été plus judicieux de délester les mises en place pour l'aider et prévoir un renfort cuisine !

Séjour détente magnifique à 1h30 de Paris

Proches de la gare de Rouen et du centre ville. Le centre bien-être accessible en tant que client de l'hôtel, la calme, le plaisir de se relaxer. Chambre spacieuse, silencieuse, confortable. Boissons chaudes en chambre.

J'aurais aimé avoir le p'tit dej inclus mais il y a tellement de boulangeries pâtisseries ouvertes de bonheur le matin que j'ai profité pour en tester plusieurs.

Parfait, je recommande🥰

Emplacement( proche de la gare), qualité et propreté des lieux irréprochables. Personnel très sympathique et souriant que ce soit à l'accueil ou au restaurant. Chambre très confortable et propre. Petit déjeuner copieux avec des produits locaux ou faits maison. Un vrai bon moment,je recommande sans hésitation.

Tutto, la struttura è molto di classe così come le camere, veramente molto grandi e abbastanza pulite (purtroppo nella mensola di vetro si vedeva la polvere, per il resto tutto ok), dispone di un frigo bar che offre acqua e una delle cioccolate calde più buone che io abbia assaggiato. La posizione è praticamente centrale
