The 2-room apartment has a bedroom/living room, a kitchenette with a cozy dining area and a bathroom with shower. Thus, the apartment is suitable for a total of 4 guests and offers a lot of comfort with the underfloor heating. In the kitchen guests will find a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. The equipment also includes Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a safe and a children's highchair (on request). The special highlight of the apartment is the shared sauna with relaxation room. On the shared open terrace with garden furniture you can end the day relaxing in front of a unique mountain backdrop. A ski bus stops right outside the front door. After just 1,500 m you can reach the Finkenberg ski lift, the Ahornbahn or the Penkenbahn. Several restaurants, including a pizzeria, are 3-5 minutes away by car (1-3 km). You will find a large grocery store in the center of Finkenberg (3.6 km, 6 minutes by car). You can reach the center of Mayrhofen in about 3 km (about 5 minutes by car). The Zillertal with the Hintertux Glacier can be explored in many ways, whether skiing or snowboarding in winter or hiking in summer. Adrenaline-pumping activities such as water rafting, via ferrata or mountain bike tours will raise your pulse.

A parking lot is available on the property. A garage space can also be requested for a fee.
A ski storage room is available.
