This direct oceanfront luxury beach home offers 9 large bedrooms each with their own private bath. There is an additional private room sleeping quarters that is equipped with a daybed (sleeps 2) and a full bath. The home will sleep 26 comfortably.

As you are approaching this home by car you will absolutely love and appreciate the huge driveway and parking area which will easily accommodate 10 cars (largest on Topsail Island) with 4 others in the garage area. This home has a bad weather entry from the garage area which is great when bringing in your weekly supplies on a rainy day.

The ground level foyer is huge, and on the oceanside of this foyer you will find a great spot for continuing your daily exercise routines throughout your vacation.

From this ground level you have the option of choosing the elevator or the stairs to access the upper living levels. The elevator will quickly transport you from the ground level and all the way to the top.

If you choose the stairs, you will notice the beautiful circular architecture of the staircase as you ascend to the first living level. This first living level is the recreation level of the home and you will find a theatre room, a cozy sound side seating area with table and chairs, a full kitchenette with sink, full granite bar counter, bar stools, microwave, beverage fridge, coffee pot, blender, pub table with 4 chairs, and a living area with sectional sofa, chairs and a large flatscreen TV mounted on the wall and a convenient half bath. From this recreation area you will also find sliding glass doors that open up to an oceanside balcony. From this balcony as well as all others above you will be able to access the stairway that leads you to the rooftop hot tub. From this rooftop vantage point you will certainly understand why the name was chosen – Forever and a Day. From here, you can see as far as the eye will allow in all directions, the Intracoastal Waterway to the rear and the ocean to the front. Just imagine this while relaxing in a huge bubbling hot tub and sipping on your favorite wine. Be here early morning and enjoy the gorgeous sunrise as it ascends over the horizon. Be here in the evening and enjoy the burning sunset as it slowly descends across the Intracoastal and bay waters to the rear of Topsail Island. WOW, you will not want to leave this spot!

The theatre room is a real treat for a movie night. You will find 9 comfortable theatre chairs that recline as well as each is equipped with retractable food trays.

Also, on this recreation level you will find three bedrooms, each with their own private bath. On the oceanfront and south side of the home, just off the kitchenette you will find bedroom 1 which is a large bedroom that is equipped with a king bed. This bedroom is not full ADA compliant (handicapped) however it does have several handicap features such as wide doorways, sink to accommodate wheelchairs, a large walk-in shower with handicap bars etc. This bedroom has a ceiling fan, TV, dressers and nightstands, wall art and it provides direct access out to the oceanfront deck that is equipped with comfortable captain’s chairs.

Across the hallway on the north side of the home (oceanfront) you will find bedroom 2 that is equipped with a queen bed, dresser and night stands, TV and a private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable captain’s chairs.

On this same side of the home (north facing) you will find bedroom 3 which is equipped with 4 sets of bunk beds and will sleep 8 comfortably. This room also has a private bath with tub and shower combination. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out.

As you ascend to the second living level you will first be greeted by a cozy seating area - the library. Here you will find a quiet spot to get away from the crowds and enjoy a good book while lounging in one of the comfortable arm chairs with ottomans. Extra-large windows here showcase the sound side view from the home with the Intracoastal Waterway in the background.

This second living level is considered the main bedroom level which contains five bedrooms with private baths as well as the extra sleeping quarters room with a private bath. This level also houses the laundry room which is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Any oceanfront balcony access points from this level will lead you to the stairwell that will carry you to the rooftop hot tub.

Bedroom 4 is sound side (south) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, nights stands and a private bath with tub and shower combination.

Bedroom 5 is facing oceanfront (south) and is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, dressers and night stands and a private bath with tub and shower combination. This bedroom also provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable captain’s chairs and tables.

Bedroom 6 is oceanfront facing (center) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and night stands and a private bath with shower. This bedroom provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable captain’s chairs with tables.

Bedroom 7 is oceanfront facing (north) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV, dresser and night stands and a private bath with shower. This bedroom provides direct access out to the oceanfront balcony where you will find comfortable captain’s chairs and tables.

Just to the street side of bedroom 7 you will find the additional sleeping quarters room that is equipped with a daybed (sleeps 2), ceiling fan, TV, dresser and a private bath with shower. This room has no closet and is not considered an actual bedroom.

Bedroom 8 is sound side (north) and is equipped with a queen bed, ceiling fan, TV and a private bath
with shower.

As you move up to the third (top) living level you are entering the main living area as well as the last of the bedrooms. This bedroom may be last on the list but it certainly is not last in quality. Who ever is lucky enough to get bedroom 9 will certainly have the best suite in the house. This is a grand master suite like no other and it’s directly facing the oceanfront with access out to the large oceanfront balcony where you will find plenty of comfortable seating for enjoying those great ocean views. This bedroom is equipped with a king bed, ceiling fan, TV, comfortable arm chairs, dressers and nights stands, wall art and last but not least a large private glamour bath. This bath is equipped with an Intracoastal Waterway facing soaking tub, a large tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, double his and her vanities with full granite and for the lucky lady of the room a separate full granite make-up vanity with large mirror and comfortable seating.

The living area is large and open out to the dining and kitchen spaces. Here you will find lots of open space for enjoying large family gatherings. For your convenience you will also find a half bath on this level.

The living room is nicely decorated with a modern décor with lots of seating space. There is a large sectional sofa, several comfortable arm chairs, ottomans, end tables and lamps. There is a ceiling fan, large flatscreen TV mounted to the wall, wall art and upscale lighting. From the living room the ocean views are simply mesmerizing. From the oceanfront deck its even better as you are on the third floor and looking down the beach for as far as the eye can see. From this deck you are only one short stair flight up to the roof top hot tub. It doesn’t get much better than this.

The dining area is all open to the kitchen and has ample seating at the table for 8. The large granite kitchen bar will accommodate 6 more guests. Across the living room from the dining area is another seating area that will accommodate 4 while the oceanfront deck will accommodate 8 at the oceanside table. This home is made specifically to accommodate for large family gatherings.

The kitchen is one of a kind and will accommodate several cooks at once. It is equipped with two large stainless refrigerators, double dishwashers, a six-burner commercial grade gas range with griddle attached and a double oven. This glamorous kitchen has as farm style stainless sink, a brush nickel pot filler over the range all showcased with luxury subway tile backsplash. Here you will find full granite countertops along with custom cabinetry that provides plenty of storge space. The small countertop appliances include coffee pots, blender, toaster and toaster oven. You will truly enjoy cooking in this kitchen and you will not want to leave.

Back outside to the outside oceanfront decks you will find plenty of comfortable seating as this is where you will spend lots of time enjoying family and friends. This deck is equipped with the high-end resin captain’s chairs and tables along with an 8-seat pub table sufficient for outdoor dining.
