Clean, friendly staff, private rooms are wonderful, perfectly located and priced. 10/10

The facility was very clean, easy access to food on the first floor, lounge space was very nice, vending machines and laundry available. I chose to stay in a private room that was spacious with bunk beds. Sink was in the room as well as a small desk and sitting space. Check in process was pretty easy, discount on the local public bathhouse. They let me store my luggage there while I explored the amazing city, and its perfectly placed right in the area I wanted to explore the most.

The beds werent the comfiest in the world, but they were nice. I had a tiny bit of noise issues through the night, but nothing to complain to the front desk for. The desk reception is not always around, they do rounds, and have to call them on a provided phone if they are needed. Was a bit weird to do, but worked for me.

Wanted to stay longer.

Location- great, walking distance to everything Staff- Super friendly, hospitable, helpful with giving good instructions and tips on how to get to places. The young ladies in the morning and the gentleman in the evening-they were all great. Room- small, but cozy. The beds were comfy and had light, and outlet everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed was there. The showers and bathrooms were private and had the necessary amenities. 4th floor had lounge and eating area and washer and dryer and vending machines. It was quiet and you can relax and read a book in peace. Everything was clean. No complaints. Will say this as a foreigner to another foreigner- please make sure to follow the proper hotel etiquette for everyone's sake.

Nice room and location, get discount for the nice onsen.

The location is good, the staff is friendly though they can’t speak much English, the room is big and there’s a powder room for women. They are cooperative with an onsen, so I get the discount for the onsen, my first onsen in Japan (also the best one I tried so far). I booked for the mixed dorm fir 12 people but I was the only guest that night, so I got to have a whole room! it’s really nice, but it’s a pity that I couldn’t make friends. I seldom give 10/10 because o think nothing is perfect, but this hotel worth a 10/10.

The staffs don’t speak much English but they’re friendly and trying to help. I booked for a room for 12 people but I was the only guest, so I didn’t make any friends.

Nice clean place, but seems more like a youth hostel, not a hotel

The facilities were clean and renovated. There were food court in the first floor, which was super convenient after a long day (I especially liked Mrs. Burger). Japanese style pajamas were provided and the bed was comfortable.

Even though the shower and toilet area was clean, it was shared for the whole floor and the room was super small. I wouldn't mind it at all if it was a cheap youth hostel, but for the price payed I would expect more. Also, they didn't even have a complementary tea, which is pretty much a standard in other hotels that I stayed in.

A great price for a great stay in a great location!

The rooms and shared bathroom were modern and clean. The amenities provided were thoughtful and plentiful. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out. The hostel provided local recommendations for shopping and food.

The only trouble was with finding parking near the hostel, it was paid for overnight parking. However, the price was reasonable and the lot was close to the hostel.
