Better look for another one

Bed was amazing. At checkout there was a very helpful guy and it turned out that you can call a taxi to the hotel, although the concierge girl said no. However, the deposit was still not refunded.

Very unfriendly and incompetent girl at check-in. Took a deposit of 100€, which was not warned about, and didn'trefund it, although they promised. The elevator was filled with a cleaning table, a bucket and some other junk. Hotel was hard to find, no remarkable sing but right next to it is Hostel with flags :(

The staff was very helpful and nice Good English! The room was very clean and we'll equiped High awarnece to sustainable existing :)

The price was very high due to a Taylor swift show and it was too much.. The night of the shows cost double than the night before :/

had a great 2 days in Salamanca area and in Spain; partly because of my stay in this hotel.

staff was very helpful and the room was specious and continently located right next to where I wanted to be.

Nice Stay

I really like the room they gave me, it was big and super comfortable. The hotel is very well located, close to everything, it is also a very beautiful area.

I didn't like the breakfast. There is not too much food selection and I didn't like the coffee either.
