Stay somewhere else

Leaving.

Before checking in we were advised there’s no security deposit. Get to the hotel, we then got charged one. Then there’s 100s of hoops to jump through to get it back. Staff are no help at all. At the entrance to the hotel is very shady. Room keys work 25% of the time. Rooms ain’t worth what you pay for.

Personal horrible maleducado y prepotente, una pena

Los camareros del bar unos bordes, maleducados y prepotentes, voy muchos años a su cadena hotelera y está vez en el magic cristal ha sido deprimente, parece mentira que tengan a personas que griten a los clientes que vamos para desconectar, una pena.

The room was uncomfortable for the reasons given above. Apart from that happy with most other aspects of the stay.

Good food, nice pool area, foam party, pool games

A/C was very poor, room was unbearably hot. Second bed for children inadequate and very uncomfortable. No working extractor fan in bathroom which just added to the humidity. We approached the reception/manager to report this and we’re promised another mattress and repairs to the A/C and extractor but none of the above materialised.

Well worth a visit

Great location. Food was varied and plentiful. Was in a reasonable condition throughout

They had booked in about 50 young lads for a football tournament. They disobeyed most of the rules. Diving in the pool from adjacent walls. Walking throughout the hotel in their wet clothes leaving floors etc in a dangerous condition. Generally very rowdy

Master the hill and you’ll have a great hotel for your break.

Clean rooms, large comfortable beds. Each meal had plenty of choices on the menu. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Plenty of sun beds outside. A couple of minutes from the beach.

steep hill up to it. Cabs are only €3.50 so if you struggle walking get a cab.

Great place to stay for a relaxing break. Well worth a stay.

We were moved to their sister hotel Magic Rock Gardens. Lovely rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of food for all meals and snacks. Lovely outdoor area by the pool with plenty of sun beds. 2 minute walk to beach. Entertainment was good but could have lasted longer.

Up a very steep hill, so not good for anyone with a heart condition or breathing difficulties when walking. Although a cab up is only €3.50 day and €5.50 after midnight.

we stayed for 1 night . it was ok.

The staff were great. really friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good especially the English sausages and breakfast finished at 11.00 am!!

It needs renovating.

We had a good time although we had to go out and eat, the nights is the room was dreadful with no AC

We had no air conditioning working, although we asked reception to sort this five times. The food in the restuarant was very poor, only tried it a couple of times but could not eat it, we had to eat out.

Food could be a lot better. The pool area needs to open before 10am, we had to sit out the front waiting for it to open.

A lovely family hotel.

Great pool area. Helpful staff. Great for the kids. Always something for them to do. Everything very clean. Lots of food choices for all tastes.

We where kept we fed and watered and plenty of comfort

We got moved to the Hotel Magic Aqua Rock Gardens so this is based on that stay rather than Magic Villa. The hotel was very good plenty of variety at meal times, drinks all ideal and space around the pool.

Some dishes at the meals could have been warmer, but there was a microwave and we expect this with buffet style dining and it didnt detract from the food itself.

This hotel is not open 🤷. The company takes your booking and then moves you to the sister hotel further away from the beach up a big hill 🤨

4 nights stay in a retirement home

NOTHING

Slippery tiled floors, very dated small rooms. Food rubbish, cold , meat was rubber. We were moved from our original booking to this hotel as apparently the hotel we had booked was closed , not sure why they let us book in the first place , it that felt like we had been moved into a old peoples home. 99% of guests were over 70. ( no offence to the Spanish oldies ) just not for anyone under 60

Poor

Our hotel was changed as ours had not opened so moved to an alternative. It stated an upgrade . Definitely wasn’t an upgrade . Not even a balcony it was in old town when the other was in new town . The food was average pool area was covered . I wouldn’t choose this hotel . It was a disappointing stay unfortunately .
