About this house rental
On the Sierra Star Golf Course and close to Eagle Lodge, enjoy this beautifully renovated 4 bedrooms + den, 3 1/2 bathroom town home! This home has recently been updated with new flooring, new bathrooms and all new furniture. It offers a fully equipped and stocked, gourmet kitchen so you can prepare family meals like a pro, dining for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen island. Enjoy the large sectional couch to cozy up around the wood burning fireplace, or catch the game on the large new flatscreen Smart TV and DVD player. The master suite has a King bed with Twin rollaway with a large flatscreen Smart TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy the private en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, stand up shower and walk-in closet. This bedroom also offers a home office set up with desk area. The second master bedroom downstairs on the lower level features a King bed and Queen with a TV and en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom on this lower level has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom features a bunk bed with queen on bottom, twin on top (note no closet), a perfect hideaway for the kids. The den has a large flat screen Smart TV, Star Wars games arcades, and a Queen size pull out sofa bed and access out to the deck with private hot tub. There is an additional home office space with desk and task chair in the downstairs level by the den. The unit offers outdoor dining area on the upper deck. A laundry room with private washer/dryer makes it feel like a home away from home, WiFi internet access throughout. A two car garage (garage clearance 7' 6") offers convenient private parking, and space for one additional vehicle in the driveway. Pet friendly, allows one pet, this home sleeps up to 14. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, Pilates and cycle studio and more. Our stay started as the vacation from hell. The owner of the unit had scheduled painters to work on the condo during our stay. Inexplicable why they would do so. Being waken at 8am with pounding on the roof and side of building was completely unacceptable. Reached out to Mammoth Reservations (the host manager) to rectify this debacle. They investigated and finally moved us to another unit. Professional and courteous response. Refunded us for the fiasco with apology. 5 stars to Host.

Great location combining convenience with beauty of the Sierra Star golf course. Throw the bag over your shoulder and walk the distance of a par 3 to the clubhouse. Property was as advertised.

Place was right on the golf course and close to slopes. We came during the winter and even though we didn’t want to hike up to eagle lodge with our boards, there is a bus stop right outside the community, which made it super easy for us. If this was in the summer, we would definitely be golfing.
Very generous size living room to fit all our friends during gathering hours. The kids went right outside to the golf course filled with snow to play and had a blast.

Beautifully updated, well maintained home. Kitchen is well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. Plenty of linens and hot tub towels. Easily accommodated our party of 9 with beds to spare. The kids loved the provided sleds and the 2 arcade games and the toys and books for the little ones. We were there during a snow storm and the street, driveway and front walk were all cleared in a timely fashion. This is by far the nicest home that we have rented in Mammoth. We've all ready voted to rent here again next year!

10/10! We came with 6 adults ranging from low 30s to mid 80s and one 5 year old, and everyone was super comfortable and happy! The layout was spreadout out enough so we all had our own space to retreat to, and the living room/dinning was perfect to cook/share large family dinners together. Our 5 year old LOVED the game room and having his own tv to watch his morning cartoons. Location was amazing as well being right on the golf course.
If I had to say anything critical (and this is just a total nitpicky thing) there is a large area rug in the living room, and it was all rumpled and wonky when we arrived. It was not a big deal and did not impact our stay in any way, but it is the first impression of the house when we walked in, which made us all a little worried that the place was not going to be in good shape. The place was in FANTASTIC shape, but it was just the first impression when walking in the door, so recommend lifting the couch and adjusting the rug, or just remove it all together. Other than that teeny tiny thing, our stay was absolute perfection! Can’t wait to stay again

Second family gathering to snowboard on July 4th at this Sierra Star condo! Plenty of room for everyone, close to everything. Really enjoyed the Snowcreek Athletic club membership which included the pool, spa, cardio workout and pickleball.
Grandkids even caught their first fish at Convict Lake, only 15 minutes away. Great time for all! Will be back soon.

My large family: husband, 7 kids plus 3 spouses and 2 grandkids stayed in this gorgeous, open home and never felt we were to smooshed. Beautiful , well stocked kitchen, jacuzzi, enough beds and bathrooms. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars is the Wi-Fi didn’t work. We called management, they sent someone but he gave up. We had 3 people working a couple days remotely, a high schooler zooming a class, a college student zooming. Fortunately they did “hotspot” and used their phones instead laptop. But no Netflix or TV for kids and special needs adult son. They still had a blast though. I hope management figures it out because we are all so dependent on internet access nowadays! Other than that little bump, it was the perfect place for us to stay and we will be back!

This is a beautiful home, but we had received no communication about the home needing show shovelers for the roof (which resulted in them breaking a large window when snow fell) and some items weren't working like our microwave that was not fixed when we contacted the management. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous... beautiful layout, furniture, appliances and entertainment system... and hot tub! Big 2 car garage for cars and gear, and the driveway was plowed right after a big storm! Plenty of room for 10 guests... and we loved the game room! Also pet friendly! We took our family to let the 3 year old grandsons try snowboarding and play in the snow! It snowed the first 3 days so we were able to walk behind the condo onto the golf course where they enjoyed sledding. Making snow angels (kind of), and having a snowball fight. The condo's main floor was spacious for 6 adults, 2 3 year old and 2 babies. The sofa a was large and comfy, so we could all hang in there while my husband kept the fireplace going. The kids were able to watch the various TV apps made available to log into. It was incredibly easy to get to, and was near the lifts and grocery store. It was well located. We were delighted at how well stocked the kitchen was. We never had a need for any utensil, pot, pan, colander etc. It was all there, and in very good condition. For example; There was a Keurig unit, a coffee press, and a drip coffee maker. The only suggestion I could make, would be to install an Instapure water spigot at the sink. We wouldn't have to needed to buy so many gallons of water creating a lot of plastic waste...which we did take to the recycling center.

I have rented with Mammoth Reservations for 15 years. This will be the last year as I (my guests) are being blamed for damaging a piece of furniture. I still haven't recieved my security deposit of $1,500 which is being held for minor damage (wicker on a dining room cabinet). I believe the staff have done a poor job in making me accountable for damage I 100% did not do. The fact that I am a long time guest, with zero issues, does not matter with the rental staff. They have failed to prove that me or my guests damaged said furniture, yet will hold me accountable. This is poor customer service.

This condo has been recently remodeled and has every amenity families will need. The condo multiple spacious rooms for plenty of space for all of your guests and the master bedroom is definitely more than anyone could ask for, with plenty of space in the sleeping quarters and master bath that provides a huge soaking tub and large standup shower! The condo also supplies its own washer/dryer is a very large downstairs washroom (nice so it doesn’t bother any sleeping guests).
The entertainment space is awesome!! Very open and spacious so you will never feel cramped even with multiple families!! The condo also provides a private jacuzzi and barbecue for any grilling needs! The condo is very well kept and offers a very clean and wonderful stay! This condo is also centrally located in the heart of Mammoth so all restaurants and entertainment is right around the corner...great for all seasons!!

Our Mammoth trip.
Our trip to Mammoth was a special trip for our daughters wedding. We had our whole family there and it was wonderful. The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. We had a problem with the keys and the property management company sent someone over with 10 minutes. It was a great wedding and trip.

Beautiful Home For A Mammoth Getaway!
This is a beautifully furnished home in a great location - on Sierra Star golf course, access to Snow Creek athletic club and near town and village. Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen was perfect for out 6 person group as was outdoor dining table and grill. Master bedroom was very roomy and lovely. Other bedrooms comfortable and served their purpose. Our only complaint was a little light on amenities, such as tissue paper and dish towels; but otherwise kitchen was very well stocked. Overall we highly recommend and would return!!
