Buena relación calidad precio

La limpieza y la atención del personal fueron perfectas.

El régimen todo incluido tenía pocas opciones y de baja calidad. La habitación que nos dieron tenía una fuga en el plato de ducha inundado parte del baño. Y el somier de la cama era demasiado ruidoso, cada vez que te movías, te despertabas del ruido que hacía.

Instalaciones y personal inmejorables

El alojamiento es muy muy bonito y está todo muy muy limpio.Los empleados son encantadores,y todo es de 10.Siempre ves a personal de mantenimiento cuidando cada detalle ,todo es fácil y cómodo.Nos sentimos como en casa o mejor.Volveria sin duda pero sin ningún tipo de pensión.Y el ser only adults es una pasada para unas vacaciones de relax.

La calidad de la comida y la bebida deja mucho mucho que desear.Es una pena porque desmerece todo lo demás.Casi no hicimos uso del todo incluido porque las bebidas del todo incluido son de alcohol muy malo y sabíamos que nos íbamos a poner malos así q decidimos no hacer casi uso.Y la comida ,pues arroz pastoso ,ensalada con patatas duras,la plancha todo seco o quemado,los postres,zumos y vinos , menos la fruta todo industrial.Zumo de naranja natural a un precio de 2,50…Pagar un todo incluido para encontrar esto y terminar comiendo y bebiendo fuera del hotel pues no merece la pena.

LA HABITACIÓN MUY CONFORTABLE, TANTO LAS CAMAS COMO LA SALA DE ESTAR Y EL BAÑO. LA LIMPIEZA MUY BUENA

EL BUFFET DEL DESAYUNO REGULAR. Y EL SERVICIO MY FAVORITE CLUB LOUNGE POCO PRÁCTICO POR SU HORARIO Y REGULAR EN CUANTO A SU OFERTA. NOSOTROS NO LO PUDIMOS UTILIZAR.

Muy buen sitio para unas vacaciones!

Muy confortable,Nos gusto la amplitud de las instalaciones, el diseño y la calidad de los materiales, camas muy cómodas, es perfecto para unas vacaciones en pareja, buen desayuno muy completo. No pudimos disfrutar de la piscina por el clima pero es un espacio muy agradable también.

It was wonderful, if we come back to Tenerife, we book this hotel again.

I had concerns after booking this accommodation as I read before that breakfasts are dull and not good. This is not true! Breakfast was awesome with a variety of good quailty food. The hotel is on a hill, yes, but if you rent a car or like to walk it is totally fine. The street itself is quiet. Our room was pleasant and clean. Pls do not underrate this hotel it is misleading.

Frühstücksbuffet haben frische Säfte gefehlt sowie Smothies Anschaffung von Kaffeemaschinen die auch vernünftigen Kaffee produzieren sehr empfehlenswert ..da zahle ich gerne mehr und habe einen vernünftigen Espresso .

Muy buena experiencia y buen buffet desayuno

Solo pasamos una noche, pero el desayuno buffet era bastante variado: diferentes tipos de cereales y embutidos, máquinas con varias opciones de café, bollería...Hacía tiempo que no veía un desayuno buffet tan completo. La habitación era bastante espaciosa, con vistas al Teide y el baño bastante amplio y cómodo. Todo estaba bastante limpio.

Por poner una pega, es que la habitación tenía pequeñas zonas con humedad en las paredes.

Las camas son muy cómodas

El caballero que nos atendió que no fueron las más idóneas no supo hacer bien su trabajo nos tuvo 1 hora y pico en la recepción por mal entendió ellos con booking.com donde le demuestro el correo que era para 4 huéspedes y ellos lo tenían para 2 tuvimos que pagar un suplemento de 73 € por 2

Отличный вариант если вам подходит жить на горе

Новый ремонт, просторный номер, все чисто, огромная и удобная кровать, балкон, ежедневная уборка, есть программа развлечений, умеренные цены в баре, теплый бассейн с хорошим видом, недалеко отличные пляжи.

Отель на горе. С пляжа и от ближайшего магазина/ кафе идти 8 минут под крутую гору. У нас были только завтраки они ок (маленький выбор блюд для людей с аллергиями !ДОБАВЬТЕ РАСТИТЕЛЬНЫЙ ЙОГУРТ! , нет свежего апельсинового сока, худшие чуррос в моей жизни) Также один раз мы докупили ужин за 18 евро с человека и это было зря. Выбор скудный, вкус еды тоже. Совет если не хотите чтобы уборщица заставала вас спящими или в трусах - всегда держите табличку "не беспокоить" они врываются вообще без стука и в 8-9 утра.

Very enjoyable stay, attention to details and cleanliness

The hotel, staff, and room were perfect, I noticed constant attention to details which made my stay pretty enjoyable. I booked all-inclusive and appreciated a good variety of food for each meal. Healthy and yummy options were always available. My room was spacious, recently renovated, and clean. Bonus points for the very comfortable beds.

Minor points: I queued for 25 minutes to check in (although it was past 20:00), and I would have appreciated more choices for Spanish and Canarian wines, instead of one wine on tap.

The best hotel we have stayed in Tenerife, and we have been in a few so far! The lift by the swimming pool is a life saver so you don't have to walk up the hill to the hotel. Thanks Maggie 😉. Nice clean rooms, Nice food. Great service all round. Free shuttle bus into town centre and back. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely coming back. 👍

diverse breakfast, but no high quality food. below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. the rooms were big and very clean.

weird elderly bearded grey haired guy at the reception desk, seemed to have a medical condition when talking, gesticulating, communicating. had no idea what the pilates studio schedule was and kept me waiting for minutes and minutes on end at check-in. who looks for booking.com reservations ON PAPER?! is this the system you have at the hotel?! LOL. plus: he claimed to give me the ocean view room as a gift, while i actually remembered i did book an ocean-view room to begin with, so it was to be expected anyway:)).

Nice hotel, should be a good choice when modernising work has been completed.

Rooms are nice and spacious, recently modernised in parts.

photos only show the parts that have been modernised, other parts seem really dated and worn. entertainment was pretty poor. I chose this hotel due to it having a gym / fitness centre but this was closed during my stay which should have been advertised ahead to time.

Big and modernly furnished room. Nice view from the balcony. Very close to Loro park.

Hotel does not have parking, but offers underground parking for 12 Euro per day. This parking is very narrow, like a tunnel and fits only very small cars, not recommended. However close to the hotel is some big parking (visible on google earth) where always were places.

Staff in the kitchen doesn't speak English well and it took us a very long time to make him understand we request to find another staff instead to cater us. We were not sure if he really doesn't speak English or he just doesn't want to understand our questions.

Superb

I loved the swimming pool and swam there most days. Breakfast and dinner were excellent with lots of choice. The room was very spacious with a living area as well as a bedroom. The roof terrace/balcony had an excellent view of Mount Teide and we really liked to go out and look at the views.

Labelling of vegetarian food. I had to work out for myself if soups were vegetarian or other cooked dishes. Sometimes there were bits of meat floating in something labelled "Sopa Verdura". It was a vegetable soup but with meat in it. The labelling for allergens was good but not basic vegetarian or vegan. We were half board so not entitled to certain drinks but this was not clearly labelled or explained. The result was I helped myself to some wine on the first evening as I saw other people doing and only then when someone saw me do this did they come and explain. I think it would have been a good idea to put clear labels up saying if certain things were only for people who paid for Fully Inclusive. I agree that alcohol should not be included in Half Board, but I do think that the fresh orange juice at breakfast should be included. However, we did think that half board was good value for money even without these extra things which we had to pay for.

Nice and spacious

Good location and area. close to old town and loro park. Rooms were nice and spacious. Very Modernised and we’ll lit up. Good selection of food and drinks. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

The bed that we had was very hard and it made it hard to sleep at night. Although it’s a double bed, it’s 2 single bed put together and it keeps separating while we sleep.

Lovey clean hotel in quiet location

Beautifully clean, stylish room. Good buffet breakfast. Nice quiet location with free off-street parking.

Teide-view rooms are actually Teide facing i.e. not all rooms get a view of the volcano. Ours faced the wall across the road (which the receptionist claimed not to exist); a bit misleading to charge extra for the 'view'. Poor orange juice at breakfast unless you paid extra. Some people will struggle with the hill from town.
