las vistas primero, luego la ubicacion

No es que no me gustara pero me faltaron algunas cosas en el desyano, pero solo porque es mi costumbre, comer queso blanco tierno, huevos duros, y poco mas, pero estaba todo muy bien

Service de qualité médiocre … dénotant avec un joli cadre. Un hôte à l’accueil, des serveurs au petit déjeuner et au dîner fort désagréables, une mauvaise ambiance en salle qui se laisse ressentir, et se répercutant sur l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel. Une confiance très limitée dans le personnel, à tel point que nous n’avons pas laissé nos affaires le temps d’une dernière balade dans la ville … enfin nous avons dû payer deux fois les petits déjeuners (17€ par personnes, soit 102€ pourtant inclus dans l’offre initialement payée) pour cause de non visibilité par le logiciel de l’hôtel… Nous reviendrons à Tolède mais passerons notre chemin et ne séjournerons plus à cet hôtel… nous trouvons cela bien dommage !

Location...7ish Euro taxi ride in or a 30min walk to old town...Hotel had an awesome pool..had it to ourselves mostly and views of the old town from our balcony are amazing....

Shame about the wifi but still good value for money

Great views. We were fortunate to be given a suite which was extremely large and comfortable. The staff were very informative and friendly.

Wi Fi very poor and haphazard no consistency. Pity there isn’t a dress code in the evening whilst in the restaurant.

A comfortable bed and an excellent if pricey dinner. The hotel did not live up to our expectations.

An excellent if pricey evening meal and a very good choice of food at breakfast. Lovely views of the city of Toledo.

The hotel is in need of modernisation. There was not a single USB port in the bedroom. When we entered our room, the tiled floor was still wet from being mopped. Signage to the El Olivo restaurant for dinner and the dining room for breakfast was very poor. Overall, this hotel is rather expensive for what it offers and it does not correspond to its star rating.

A large, comfortable room with a great view of the city. Immaculately clean and very helpful staff. An excellent if a bit on the expensive side evening meal in the restaurant.

Difficult to find our way to the cafeteria and the restaurant at first. The rooms are certainly NOT soundproofed as claimed.

the staff were not very friendly. there was not a lot of information in the room. the pool was green. the air con didn’t work in our room. the walls between rooms are very thin and we had noisy neighbours. we had a dog but not very welcoming

a big disappointment all round. apart from being given a large suite in arrival, nothing special about this hotel.

fabulous location, we had an amazing suite,

no tea and coffee making facilities or water provided in the room. ( an expensive mini bar was available )coffee shop closed, after a 6 hour drive we needed some refreshments. the restaurant was a major disappointment, I could not eat my meal. when I complained about the cremated lamb, I was told that no one else had complained! a bland and soulless building.

a beautiful hotel in a superb location, but a high four star not five stars

the location was excellent, parking on site, dog friendly, and our suite was very clean and comfortable

breakfast was not five stars, very limited choice also as we had our dog we had room service and it was only available from the cafeteria menu not the restaurant menu no help on arrival with suitcases
