Excellent hôtel

Personnel sympathique et serviable, que ce soit à la réception, au petit déjeuner ou le personnel de chambre. La réceptionniste parlait même un peu français. La chambre est confortable et spacieuse, avec un mini-frigo bien pratique. La literie était très confortable. L'hôtel est bien situé, à une dizaine de minutes à pied de la gare. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, avec un très grand choix. Je me suis vraiment senti a l'aise dans cet hôtel et le recommande sans problème.

Ubicación y posibilidad de parking

El ascensor Agua tibia tirando a fría en la ducha, tanto en la noche como por la mañana. Ruido enorme la nevera al dormir.

La chambre manque de.confort pour un hôtel 3 étoiles , un seul tabouret, ni papier, ni crayon, pas de poubelle, pas de miroir côté dressing. Les voilages des fenêtres défraîchis, des papiers sales sous le bureau. Moquette des couloirs usées et peu claires... Poubelle de la salle de bain cabossée, a trop vecu..

Lamentable.

Nada positivo.

Si alguien piensa ir a este sitio, vaya si no hay más remedio. El local es penoso, el servicio peor y la ubicación, estado del edificio, etc, muy mejorables. El Aire Acond. hace un ruido fuerte, la cama es mala... lo dicho, un hotelucho a evitar. Mi experiencia: Anuncian parking aunque no haya plazas disponibles. Cuando se les llama no dan opción de parking en la zona o alrededores, solo un "está lleno". Al llegar la recepción estaba vacía, nadie presente. Esperé, busqué y llamé al hotel desde la misma recepción sin éxito. Fui a un bar que hay en los bajos del hotel y el camarero fue a buscarla. No les sorprendió que me pasara algo así ("que raro" fue el comentario sarcástico de una camarera). El camarero encontró a la recepcionista que sin disculparse o explicar su ausencia hizo el check in, me dio la habitación y ya. No quiero que me traten "como a un rey" en un hotel birrioso de un pueblo en la ribera de Navarra, pero detesto ser tratado como mercancía. A la mañana en el check out, la recepcionista que estaba (otra diferente a la de la noche) me preguntó qué tal. Se lo comenté y no le gustó, no hubo una explicación, me dio mi factura y su visto bueno para irme. Entiendo que hay hoteles peores, yo mismo he estado en varios, pero este es de los que parecen una cosa en la foto y son otra. Mal.

Disappointing

The price-value ratio is horrible. First of all, if parking spaces are limited they should let you know in advance. I arrived during the night and had to leave the car on the street without any security. Secondly the room has 0 sound insulation , it sounded like we were sleeping on the street. Noise all night long.

Modern, Clean with a pretty cool bar area, serving a good range of bar food. Sounds daft but it is very Spanish with nothing in English, so a good time to polish up on your spanish before booking. The staff are brilliant. Secure car / motorcycle parking is availble at 6E per night (moto price)

Breakfast not included in the price of the room and weirdly 9E if booked the night before or 12E on the day.

Advertising on their website, in the reception and in the lift for a restaurant serving lovely food for guests. Told it would open at 20h00 - then at 20h10 informed it was closed and only breakfast would be served in the restaurant.

Very good

Location was good on our drive south, very easy to get back on the motorway. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Comfortable beds. Nice towels. Friendly staff.

Don't think our room was the best, could hear the lift going up and down. No view from the window, only roof tiles. Would be nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee facilities in the room.

Great facilities in a good location.

The comfy bed, excellent bathroom facilities, excellent breakfast too.

Unfortunately we were next door to a noisy school group of 11/14 year old boys. We left it till 23.00. before notifying reception. They contacted the person in charge and it was soon dealt with. We were then able to enjoy the peace and sleep.

We won't book here again but if young & fit it was a fun hotel to be in with such friendly staff

Helpfulness of all the staff - Receptionist, Bar staff & breakfast staff were exceptional. Walk in shower, pillows & bed very good. Bar meal substantial and enjoyable. Breakfast was superb.

Bit of a hassle with offroad Car parking, having to double park to go into hotel & find out where it was. The Restaurant was not open & we only booked here to enjoy an evening meal in a restaurant rather than Bar food which was available in the usual hotel we book! Bar area was 2 flights down from Reception with no lift. Husband has mobility issues so staff arranged for us to use the Service lift. Air con not working properly, room dark & small and in the morning the pop up sink plug failed to work correctly.

Good stop over nice area to explore.

Breakfast served later at the weekends. Had to leave early so had to miss the breakfast. Reception invited us to go for coffee but had no takeaway cups so had to leave it. Good hotel easy to find and great parking facility Good stop over if you are driving to southern Spain

The hotel was in excellent location, very polite staff good clean room,

We chose this hotel for location and that it states restaurant. But we were told the restaurant was closed for evening meal struggled to find a local restaurant. So we were disappointed. The bar only served limited bar food. If you just want b n b then its fine
