La suite oscura

Estaba bien situado. Era nuevo

Una gran decepción. Pagamos por una suite y era una habitación oscura que daba a un patio de luces. Por primera vez desde que reservo con booking tuve que bajar a quejarme. Entonces me dijeron que me daban un up grade. Resultó que era una habitación con escaleras. Muy incómodo, dormir arriba , tal vez si tienes dos niños pequeños sirva esta habitación. Una sola ventana para dos pisos. Había dos claraboyas en la planta superior que obviamente tenían que permanecer cerradas.jamas tuvimos balcón. Curiosamente, vimos una habitación que ellos llaman standard y tenía tres ventanas , mirando al Duomo y el precio de la habitación era menos de la mitad de lo que nosotros pagamos, nos sentimos engañados.Dijeron que no nos cambiaban , ni nos devolvían la diferencia que habíamos pagado. Deberían hacer una nueva valoración de sus habitaciones para no causar decepciones a sus clientes.

The hotel was immaculate and staff attentive and friendly. The location is perfect - it’s on a pretty square next to the cathedral/restaurants & bars and less than 5 mins walk to the lake. Despite the square being busy, the room was very quiet.

Great hotel but they should use a better designer/project manager

Location, newness, and friendly, helpful staff

The ergonomics of things. We were in a 2 storey loft. The coffee maker/hospitality station is on the lower floor so each we want to make a drink we have to go upstairs to get water. Also the socket was placed in such a way (under the counter)that to use the kettle, it has to be placed on the floor to get plugged in. Other than these small but rather silly issues, the room was,very comfortable and the shower pressure was great!

Beware of the rooftop rooms, don’t have any real view or window.

New and nice room, great location.

A room without a proper window, at the rate over 500e is a joke and should be indicated upfront by the booking. It is misleading on the second picture of the Junior suite there is a window in the room. Would never book this room!

The location was amazing and the staff is super friendly. Our friend Thomas at the reception was so polite and helped us with everything willingly. He answered all of our questions. The room was so clean and everything was so comfortable!

Lovely place to stay in Como

We stayed one night whilst driving in the Lake Como area and we were extremely satisfied with this hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful, the cleanliness of the premises and the room was immaculate. I think the most impressive bit about the rooms are the bathrooms. It was one of the highlights ot the trip and we will definitely be back.

Great Boutique Hotel at great location

This small Boutique Hotel is perfectly located next to the Duomo. We’ve stayed for two nights in a spacious junior suite with a comfortable bed and nice interior details. The employees are very kind and helpful.

Location

There was a pipe banging or a broken velux engine right next to our bed. Making a crazy noise so it was impossible to sleep. We reported it 1 hour after check in but it was never solved. The receptionist promissed that the manager will contact us to offer damages and 1 week later, still no news :-( sad experience for such an expensive hotel

convenient thanks city square and lake, staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. the hotel is completely refurbished and tastefully decorated and appointed. would definitely stay here again!!
