Downtown Inn Moab is a vacationers dream! Bar-M (B) Unit is located walking distance to Moab's downtown shops, bars, and restaurants. Located 1 block off Downtown Main St. the location doesn't get any better.

This newly renovated condo is walking distance to downtown Moab shops, restaurants, and bars, even the Moab bike path is right next door! It's a mix of everything you need to make you and your crews experience in Moab complete! With new construction and clean spaces you'll feel comfortable in the convenient location.
The building is made of 4- Condos 5,000 sq ft of Convenient Accommodations in 1 building-
Inside the Inn there are four separate condos each approximately 1200 sq ft. and includes everything you'll need for your stay except the food. Full Kitchen, 60" TV's, plenty of comfort for your whole crew. All units are equipped with roll out sofa beds, WiFi, A/c and heat, big screen TVs, full kitchen setup for cooking, linens, towels, bedding, pillows, laundry pods and dryer sheets as well as shower essentials.
Bar-M has 2 Private King Bedrooms (1 Master ) and 2 full bathrooms. The loft has 2 Comfortable Queen sized beds and the sofa pulls out into a bed. This condo comes with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay except the food! Both bedrooms have ROKU TV's and a 60" ROKU TV in the living area.
You'll have a private full size washer and dryer inside your condo.

Outdoor Unpaid Parking- There is plenty of free street parking right around the Downtown Inn Moab. Just across the street is great trailer parking!

This was a multi-family stay and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean and all necessities were available in the home. Bed were comfortable for us, and we never ran out of hot water!!

Excellent location, nice bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms and great kitchen for cooking with an open floor plan for relaxing with family after a day hiking in the Moab area wilderness. Will definitely stay here again when back in Moab!

Stephanie was an AMAZING host in this super centrally located location in beautiful Moab! The place is perfect - only thing I'd consider adding is an end table in living room! But otherwise FABULOUS! Thank you again Stephanie.

We walked everywhere the grocery store was 10 minute walk and restaurants, were even less. The way the place lays out is perfect for adults and kids and really perfect for a couple couples. Great place, great layout, amazing location.

Nice open layout. Lots of kitchen utensils pots, pans, baking sheets which was really nice for Thanksgiving dinner! Bring your own coffee. Stairs for the little ones makes it a challenge. Parking is limited for truck and trailer but available across street.We would stay again.

We stayed here to be close to downtown, and close to Arches and Canyonlands. The location did not disappoint. The unit was clean, modern and well cared for, plenty of space for us.

We had a great stay, the listing was accurate and the location was great. The loft is low but we had expected that- 2 super comfy beds up there. The beds were actually all comfortable and there were lots of nice touches- areas to hang clothes, plenty of towels and pillows, games, few condiments, etc. The only reason I gave 4 star on cleanliness was because we did have ants in the kitchen and one of the bedrooms (not related to any food out)- I did let the host know right away and she was apologetic and offered a solution which we liked. I think it was more of a seasonal situation rather than a chronic issue if I had to guess.
We’d recommend and would stay there again if we come back

We enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is very clean and comfortable with a great location near downtown. The furniture is in great condition and comfortable and pretty much everything about the location is great. The only very minor downsides were that the parking was sometimes a little inconvenient in that we had to park down the road a ways. Also, more kitchen equipment would be nice, like a blender and other minor items. Other then that, everything is excellent!

We were a party of 7 older adults ( 5 of us have been friends since childhood/high school) who met to visit the "Mighty Five" parks in Utah. Great location to visit Canyonlands and Arches. Enjoyable to be able to walk from the condo to downtown shops/eateries. The loft is great for kids, but two of us seniors were able to still enjoy it. The back patio with hot tubs was not as inviting unkempt. Thanks for a great stay.

This was the perfect place for our family of 6 - 4 adult children. Everyone had their own space and there was plenty of room in the living room and kitchen to stretch out. The check in process was very easy and the place was very clean and modern. It is less than a block from all the shops and restaurants in Moab. Very comfortable stay.

Condo looks recently renovated. Super clean. Very comfortable. Living area was perfect for four people. Walk in showers were clean and appeared new. Located one street of main. Very quite but still in the middle of Moab.

One block from main street. Walk or bike to most locations in town of Moab. Easy access to national and state parks.
Two beds up the ladder probably should be used for agile teenagers only, not good for adults, especially older ones like me. A little dangerous going up and down ladder, have to crawl when you get to top to access bed.

We loved this place! Trendy decor. Walking distance to everything. Very clean. Great bathroom amenities, like towels, soaps, etc.

This place is so cute. Just a block of Main Street. We walked to the restaurants/shops every evening. The only thing I’d say was not the best was the hot tubs. One of the hot tubs is broken so there was only one for all the units to share. When we went to get in the hot tub there was a family already in it. So we weren’t able to use it. The family that was in it said it wasn’t very clean and had a weird smell. But the condo was so adorable. I’d definitely stay here again.

Condo was clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and functional. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Really no negatives. We didn’t sleep in the loft because we didn’t need the extra beds. The stairs to the loft are steep and wouldn’t work for anyone with mobility issues or small children.

Bar-M in Moab is a beautiful rental. It is very well appointed and has everything g you might need for a stay. We loved the location and our teens enjoyed being able to walk into town for coffee, ice cream or shopping after long days of hiking. Would highly recommend this rental.

All needs were met. Being that we were 4 ladies we could have used a full length mirror. That’s the only small thing. Loved this property!

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at the Downtown Inn Bar M unit! What a gem in Moab - very generous size of the unit with lovely simple finishes, comfortable beds, loft that the kids were obsessed with but still felt safe, hot tub around the corner that was clean and fun, and walking distance to Main Street and all restaurants. We will definitely be back!
