Good location, great stuff, old facility

We stayed only one night on our way back to the airport, the location is great, stuff are kind and understanding, facility is old.

Beds and soundproof was poor, stuff promise to fix everything but we had to rush to the airport

Excellent location on the bus route from the airport and close to the port that was perfect for exploring Thessaloniki’s

Felt like an authentic Greek hotel which has retained a lot of its character. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and always had good advice for us when we needed help finding the places we wanted to visit.

We enjoyed our stay and staff was very helpful at all times.

Location is very good. Super comfortable beds and pillows. Lockers for luggages and bags used when we checked out were perfect to use until it was time for us to go.

Breakfast is good but not exceptional. The safe in the room was not even secured to the wardrobe in which it was placed but literally free standing and portable! Very noisy heavy traffic can be heard from the bedroom at all times.

Fine for a couple of night stay, good location,ok brekkie

staff, beautiful old hotel with gorgeous wooden balustrades.

doorstop in bathroom sticks out and is lethal if you accidentally tread on it!!! ouch!!!!maybe change to rubber stopper Cigarette smoke went all through the property with dudes play dice and smoking on the second level, after having had recent lung surgery it was extremely disappointing

Excellent

The hotel staff are extremely kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent in the center of Thessaloniki. We were accommodated in a room for two, which room had enough space. The hygiene in the hotel is at a high level, every day the room was cleaned and the towels were changed. Comfortable bed. Regarding the parking space, you can leave your car at Alexandros parking, your car will be safe.

Recommendation regarding the breakfast, if it could be varied and have more options for breakfast it would be great.

Centrally located hotel in Thessaloniki

The hotel is located in a central position, very near to a variety of bar, clubs and restaurant. It was very clean: linen and towels were changed every day and the staff was friendly.

Since the hotel is located so centrally, it is very loud outside and you might have trouble sleeping if you are a lightsleeper. The breakfast was good but nothing special.

Ok hotel in a fantastic location.

Ok hotel in a fantastic location. Easy to reach with the bus from the airport. Smack in the center of Thessaloniki's nightlife, yet perfectly safe at all times. Within walkable distance from the sea, from the pedestrian promenade, from a nice market and from the station. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, there is airconditioning and the breakfast is acceptable. Wi-fi connection sufficient for browsing, not so good for a videocall.

Well, I would say everything is ok but nothing is great. Minerva does certainly not deserve 4 stars. It is a nice 3 stars hotel in a great location at a reasonable price. The room is small and the breakfast is banal and repetitive. Balancing pluses and minuses, I consider 70 Euro/night for a double room with breakfast quite reasonable and, at this price, I would come back.

On average the stay was pleasant

location was o.k not far from all the shops and restaurants. The room was average to good ( light dump smell was pressent ) and breakfast was excellent.

Because the building was old but renovated the bathrooms were a bit small and the moisture from the room was difficult to get out as a result the room smelled a bit like mouldy. Maybe with a good dehumidifier unit the smell could go away. the management was kind enough to offer as another room, but we only had one more day to stay so we didn't want to move.

Breakfast very nice - a lot of options, including local specialties. Very helpful staff. Nice rooms, beautiful building. Perfect location for sightseeing.

A bit loud at night due to traffic, but that's because it's right in the city centre.

We really liked it. We recommend it to couples travelling who are looking for something authentic but not Glamorous

The hotel feels romantic and the location suited us really well. Balcony right on Egnatia street so you can feel the city’s atmosphere. We liked the bohemian vibe that the building’s architecture provides.

Staff was very helpful.

I forget my phone battery charger in the room but wasn't returned when I picked my luggage several hours later. The cleaning of rooms began early in the morning, which was quite noisy

Central 3 strars hotel, not very clean, with a poor brrakfast.

The hotel is very well pisitioned next to the most important atractions. Being so central the noise from the cars and tourists was annoying.

The bathroom was really dirty, not hygienised.
