Great location with great views.

Apartahotel Altos de la Sábana is quiet with doble panel windows and sound proof rooms. The place is brand new with extremely comfortable beds. Very clean. We had a 5th floor with a great view of all the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The elevator was brand new like the rest of the building but it ran a bit slow.

Buena atención, cuarto aseado, lindo, cómodo, con buena terraza. Nos facilitaron parqueo pese a que no estaba en la reserva realizada por esta página, realmente muy bien el lugar. Volveré.

Reasonable value in an expensive city

The room was well furnished, with a desk and chair, separate comfortable chair, refrigerator, wall lights above the bed, etc.

The shower flooded the bathroom floor. Neighborhood didn't feel safe at night. No laundry service nearby.

Für ein Stadthotel in Ordnung!

Das Zimmer hat eine gute Größe, ein großes Bett und hat ebenfalls eine Klimaanlage. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank. Eine komplette Wand ist ein Fenster, wodurch das Zimmer sehr schön hell ist. Vorhänge sind selbstverständlich vorhanden. Das Bügelbrett ohne Bügeleisen bleibt zwar ein Mysterium hat uns aber eher amüsiert als gestört. Fußläufig kann man in unter 10 Gehminuten mehrere Restaurants oder Schnellrestaurants (Teriyaki, Smashburger, Mc Donalds, KFC) erreichen. Auch kleinere Supermärtke und Apotheken sind in der Nähe. Wir haben hier 3 Nächte verbracht und mussten dann sehr früh (vor 6 Uhr) zum Flughafen. Das Hotel hat *keinen* eigenen Flughafenshutte. Die 24-Stunden Rezeption hat uns aber vollkommen problemlos einen Transfer organisiert. Das hat super funktioniert.

Das Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig. Darüber hinaus scheinen die Reinigungskräfte gefühlt einen großen Zeitraum des Tages durch den Flur zu gehen und sich dabei zu unterhalten. Liest sich komisch, aber bei der Hellhörigkeit kommt man da leider nicht zur Ruhe. Wie in anderen Rezensionen können wir bestätigen, dass die Dusche mindestens das halbe Badezimmer flutet. Das ist extremst ungünstig und aus unserer Sicht nicht zu verstehen. Im Bad mangelt es auch an geeigneten Handtuchhaltern. Es fehlt leider ein Safe. Zudem hatten wir nicht so viel vertrauen in der Art des Türschlosses. Das mag aber auch daran liegen, dass diese Art von Türschloss für uns ungewohnt ist.

Para escapar dentro de La ciudad...!!!

El trato amable del personal (todo), lo moderno, tecnológico, cómodo y limpio del lugar. Ya los semáforos peatonales con señal audible no funcionan, por la fecha muy muy callado, aun que las paredes son de material liviano. El Internet muy bueno 100 megas sincrónico El cable TV Para lo básico El A/C moderno y muy silencioso. En general muy bueno.

En general nada mal la habitación tiene un >96% en calidad...

Muy satisfecho!!!

Me gustó muchísimo la limpieza de la habitación y del hotel en general. La ubicación es excelente y el desayuno bastante bueno pero me gustaría que incluyeran un jugo y otra opción para la forma de pedir los huevos.

La atención excelente, están muy atentos de huéspedes y servicios que puedan necesitar. El desayuno típico increíble muy rico

Solo el área del Bar no estaba en uso por remodelación, pero en general fue quizás lo único que faltó.

NADA.

Habitación ruidosa , sin agua caliente ni calefacción . Desayuno paupérrimo. Servicio del hotel nulo. Capacidad de resolución de problemas , nula. TV con problemas Ventana con problemas Ascensor con problemas La cocina pésima, mal educados y además es la cocina de un Hospital. Las tres estrellas es un engaño. Al igual que las calificaciones que ostenta.

En general todo. Muy limpio, buen precio, habitación de buen tamaño...

No es la primera vez que voy y muchas veces no se puede hacer uso de plataformas de streaming en las pantallas de TV. Pero de ahí en fuera es un lugar excelente.

Все было хорошо. Номер чистый и убирались. Вид на горы меня впечатлял я жадный день.

Находится в нормальном районе, рядом есть продукты и рестораны. Я рекомендую китайский ресторан Мулан

Disappointing

Location is fine between the airport and downtown.

The biggest problem was that the room was dirty: dirty sink, strands of hair on the floor, spotted furnitures. Also, one of the windows couldn’t be closed as the handle was missing. The walls were paper thin, there is no chance for having proper rest, you hear all the neighbours, the cleaning and the signal light changing in the street. When it came to breakfast we also felt confused. Local guests were served much better looking and three times bigger portion of meals. The one you get as a foreigner is ridiculous (1egg, 1 toast, some bean+rice). Still the most frustrating experience was with the staff. We were waiting for our luggage from the airport which didn’t arrive with our flight, about which we obviously let the staff know. We also showed(!) them how the baggage looked like and asked if it arrived every time we passed through the reception. The answer was always no. After checking out (after 2 nights) and succesfully renting a car we went back one more time to make sure we didn’t miss our luggage. The answer was again that nothing arrived. We headed to the airport where after spending quite a long time and getting pretty frustrated, it turned out that luggage was at the hotel for more than half a day by that time! The staff’s explanation was that the bookin was on my name while the baggage was on my husband’s. How dumb do you need to be to miss solving this mystery?!? There is a really long way here to learn about customer service…

Little girl Moro events would make this location Shine!

Breakfast was wonderful! Great spot to people watch, allowing us to get the pulse of San Jose.

Wall of windows on balcony could have privacy film facing the lobby. Shower head needs to be cleaned or replaced(water came out & over the top), shower doors need to be fixed so that they open easily. Towel racks/hooks in bathroom. Shelving for inside shower & bathroom for toiletries. Ice.

Friendly clean hotel in San Jose

This hotel was lovely and clean with good spacious rooms and nice facilities. The Wi-Fi was good and the rooftop bar is a lovely bonus.
