アラハビーチ近くて最高でした。

アラハビーチの近くで歩いて行けます。ランドリーが1階で無料で使用できます。お部屋が畳だったのでくつろげました。テラスにはイスとテーブルがあり海も見えました。アメニティは部屋にないので1階で必要な分だけ取ります。ランドリー利用時に何回か1階を行き来しましたがいつも掃除をしていたり、あいさつが気持ちよかったです。パンとドリンクの朝食もいただけます。

消臭スプレーが部屋にない。最初聞いたスタッフさんに断られたが再度別のスタッフさんに尋ねたら貸していただけました。特大スーツケース2個を1人で運んでいましたがお手伝いはエレベーターに乗せるまでで車から降ろしているときと、部屋に運ぶのが大変でした。

Aanrader! Fijne kamer, vriendelijk personeel en super ligging

De kamer zag er op de foto's al heel mooi uit, maar in het echt was het nog mooier. Ook veel groter dan we hadden verwacht, wat heel fijn was! We hadden een kamer op de 2e verdieping met uitzicht op zee, super mooi, laat staan als je op de hoogte verdieping zit. Ook was het goed stil in de nacht, wat wij heel belangrijk vinden als het gaat om de nachtrust. Personeel heel vriendelijk, dagelijks klein ontbijt service (croissant/ chocolade broodje warm) en gratis gebruik van washok.

Zwembad is klein, maar echt klein. Gelukkig mooie stranden op loofafstand en anders kun je ook Beach hoppen. Wil je toch zwemmen, er is een leuk (betaald- klein bedrag) zwembad voor kinderen op paar minuten loopafstand.

staff was friendly

This is by no means a 4 star hotel. Booking.com should revise the ranking of the hotels. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but the pictures and description of the hotel are far from the real deal. Stayed the first night because we arrived late in the day but booked another hotel for the remaining days. Room was big and clean but balcony was dirty. Pool on rooftop is small and with few sunbeds

A female foreigner staff who speak Japanese so fast and lack of English knowledge. She was a little rude but the other staffs were quite friendly and polite.

Excellent location & view

Loved the terrace /window with sea view, 44m2 suite, feels brand new or very well maintained, all necessities in kitchen, nice staff Super comfortable beds. Liked to be recognized as a DSH repeater by the reception staff and with cookies in our room upon arrival

Value overall. Location and view are stellar. But, the level of service is not in line with high price. Staying 5 days in 44m2 suite, at high price, i expect: -Cleaning service, i expect at least 1 time cleaning on 3rd day if i stay 5 nights. From 3rd day i did NOT enjoy having bathroom with sandy soil… although we have been careful to tidy up well… -breakfast was really too spartiate, i expect better quality coffee, healthy choices like fruits (not only croissants and pan chocolate) and more volume. -no way to contact concierge by interphone. I had to use my phone to call hotel from my iphone to outside hotel number. It feels really odd, especially after paying such high price -we had booked originally mihama dsh hotel 24m2, same as last year, then i changed to book last minute 44m2 suite in oile to enjoy more space with my 2 kids. Of course, it was last minute so i don’t expect everything to be perfect but i had to call (from my iphone) the staff to get 3rd towel, 3rd bath cloth, 3rd bed sheet, etc as the room was ready for 2 people, not3. -pool too cold to use on 14F, pls heat it better because want to enjoy it on days when the sea water at the beach is too cold.

The room interior was nice.

1 free bottle of water per guest per STAY. The first place I've ever encountered that charges per bottle after one. They also don't offer anywhere to refill the water. "Breakfast" is some bread and a plastic cup of one of 5 drinks. The staff did not wear gloves when making the drinks.

Location and service are very good. Room equipments are new and comfortable!

The roof sight with outdoor swimming pool is excellent. Bathroom and toilet are separated, it‘s more convenience and comfortable.

The swimming pool was closed during we stayed in the resort ! We need to use google translate for communication sometimes.

decent hotel when the exchange rate is good like it is now

The location is great. We booked a suite that was nice and comfortable, but I would never pay the full price for what we got.

FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS FOR A LOST KEY….yeah that’s what we were told. The key is a basic normal key no high tech chipped thing that would require anything more than a new cut..

Very comfortable room very close to the ocean

Oile DSH Resort had great views of the ocean from my room. The deluxe room had a nice amount of space with a full size bed included. The flat screen TV was large. Friendly staff! Thanks for a great stay.

2nd stay in this lovely hotel, we had a free upgrade. Rooms are clean and fancy, nice sea view. TV can be connected to youtube, amazon prime etc. Very close to the American village and to the beach.

We took bus to get there and on the way back to the airport. It is *not* recommended (almost missed the flight).

Beautiful hotel, incredible staff and quick access to the beach!!

I absolutely loved this hotel. Not only was it so beautiful, clean, and close to Araha Beach and America Mura, but the staff were absolutely wonderful and really made me feel like I was at home. I travelled by bus from Naha and the hotel was quite easy to get to on foot! There is also a drugstore about five or six minutes away on foot if you need anything (food and drinks as well). The room I stayed in was so lovely and spacious, with beautiful tatami and lighting design. My bed was super comfy, there were lots of throw pillows which I loved. I had a view of the beach from my balcony and got to watch some beautiful sunsets! Also, there are fireworks that I believe happen every Friday (and Saturday?) night in the summer! I believe they can be seen from the rooftop pool area! (Can’t exactly confirm though because I got there just as they had finished…but I saw the smoke of the fireworks quite clearly, so I think it can be done! lol) The pool itself was great and there are a number of comfy reclining chairs/chairs and tables where you can relax and enjoy the view of the beach. They also had a really delicious complimentary breakfast of pastries and coffee, tea and juice! And beach towel rentals, if you showed up a little unprepared like I did haha. I really, really enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back the next time I am in Okinawa! Thank you!!
