About this villa rental

This Stunning Villa is located in a very private and quiet part of Praia da Luz, with its own private pool, unlimited fibre internet & A/C throughout
There are 3 Bedrooms, 1 King Size Bed and 2 Twin Beds. There are fitted wardrobes in the Master bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms. Both of these rooms too have full bathrooms and patio door access onto the side of the house. The 3rd Twin Bedroom has wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
The Lounge / Diner has 2 large Sofas, Flat screen TV, Table & 6 Chairs and patio doors leading out onto the large pool terrace.
There is a brand new open plan kitchen / dining area where you will find every appliance necessary for you to wine and dine in style. The kitchen also provides access via patio doors onto the pool terrace. There is also a second kitchen / Utility room where you will find a washing machine, additional fridge freezer and oven and hob.
The absolute beauty of this villa is the outside pool and terrace. There are numerous terraces to sit and unwind, including a small roof terrace and a beautiful decked area too.
The main pool terrace has a large pool 10m x 5m with roman pillars and also a small pool jacuzzi too. There are plenty of sun loungers, tables and chairs and sofas for you to relax in the sunshine and eat Al Fresco Style . The outside terrace too has a separate toilet and outside shower
A built in BBQ and small Pizza oven are also available .
The town of Praia da Luz is only a 5 minute drive or a 30 minute walk to the centre where you will find a stunning beach, promenade, shops and restaurants
The historical town of Lagos is a 15 minute drive where you will find many shops, restaurants , bars and a beautiful marina.

I would give this property a solid 8/10 but could easily be a 9 with a bit of work. Some of the doors don’t lock which is concerning. They have tried to screw them closed, but missed the frame, so can be pulled open. Location is as detailed and was fine. Nice quiet area but close enough if you need anything. Space in the villa is amazing. Big bedrooms and area within the villa, and lots of different areas around the outside. Nice pool and secluded, but the hot tub was ineffective. Manager told us it was broken and they were awaiting a part which is understandable. But, When the pool maintenance guy turned up I asked when the part would be available and was told the hot tub had been disabled permanently. Not sure if that was the truth or not, but the buttons had been removed and concreted!! There was an ant infestation which is common, and we had to manage food preparation in very small doses and constantly cleaning and disinfecting. Again, not a deal breaker but could have been managed a tad better. Overall an enjoyable trip, but as mentioned a bit better managed could have been far more enjoyable. Would recommend though, just don’t expect 5 star.

Very spacious villa with 3 double en-suite bedrooms - perfect for 6 adults. Pool is amazing and plenty of outside space. A car is advised as it’s a 25 min walk downhill into Luz ( taxi back!).
