Home Away From Home

The location was quiet, clean, and safe. There are Retail shops just a 5-minute walk from the Flat and a 10-minute drive to the City Centre where we went to shop. The flat was very tidy, modern, and warmly furnished. The kitchen's location was perfect, and you could watch all your favourite shows on the 50-inch flat-screen smart TV. The rooms were perfect with spaces for luggage, and the beds were comfortable. They provided towels for the bathroom, which was very tidy and comfortable to use. The heating was just right. The 'private' parking location was great, we didn't have any concerns about the safety of our car. Mike the Host was friendly and very accommodating. Will stay here again when next am in Cardiff. I would stay in any of their properties anywhere in the UK. It was home away from home.

This is only a suggestion: 1. Maybe they might consider changing the bed to a high one so taller people could sit easily on it. 2. Might want to add new throw pillows to the couch in the sitting room.

Filthy flat - we left shortly after we arrived. Multiple stains across the carpet throughout the whole flat, yellow stained bedding that did not appear fresh, stained mattresses, dust coated blinds and skirting boards, stains down the walls, dirty kitchen utensils. The flat is in need of a significant deep clean to be in a rentable condition. Only able to upload 4 photos unfortunately. Owner does not seem to believe there is any problem - offered us a 20% refund on just the cleaning fee.

Nice stylish apartment, very quiet and convenient location

The apartment was a nice size, communication with the owner was good

The sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on. Bits could do with a bit more of a clean, mainly the bathroom. The kitchen could do with some more cooking things, saucepans dishes etc. It's fine for people that eat out all the time but having kids we ate in more than out and there was only one or two saucepans so a few more things would have been handy. And a hoover would be good, would have been easier to clean up after the kids!

Easy to find with good access to main routes: spacious accommodation with good quality furniture.

Quiet beautiful modern apartment in a great location for the whole of Cardiff

Fabulous clean modern and very quiet location with windows that open leading to a fresh and airy place.

great location out of town nice and quiet.

no breakfast you bring and make your own.

The floor in the bathroom is uneven and clearly dangerous as I fell backwards and hit my head. I was in agony this needs to be repaired and be flat as you don't expect to fall backwards attempting to use the toilet.

Great base for Cardiff visit.

The appartment was sparkling clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. It is a very quiet location with an easy drive to Cardiff City Centre. Great communications from the host including a much appreciated reminder about sending details to get my deposit money back.

Great apartment for stay in Cardiff

Loved staying in this apartment for a get away to watch the rugby and reunite with old university friends, spacious apartment with good facilities. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. Parking was very useful.

If being nit-picky; the bathroom floor had a slight dip near the shower which formed a small puddle after use of the shower and was the only room that felt like it could do with some TLC. Everything else was excellent. We had a lovely stay.

Superb apartment

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Only a short walk to two big supermarkets. Ideal location with easy access to motorway. Mike was very responsive, easy to communicate with and helpful. We had a really lovely stay.

Very disappointing

Apartment was nice

Not recommended! Nice apartment however the way we were treated by the owner/ landlord was terrible! At 3am on the first night fire alarm went off in apartment, no cause so faulty. Happened every 10 minutes for 2 hours until kind neighbour disconnected it from the mains. Owner apologetic at first and promised to get it sorted during day which we accepted and also accepted faults happen. However he didn’t get it fixed and just disconnected the battery (which is a back up so wouldn’t stop it bleeping) and put the power off! When we got back in after work no power, when we turned it on in fuse box then of course alarm went off and he suggested we turn power off and disconnect from mains. I didn’t feel I should have to do this as he’d had all day to get it seen to. When I refused he stated he wanted us out the next day! He’d come and disconnect it in an hour. He was so rude and as he couldn’t resolve it he stated he wanted us out! We’d booked this for 5 nights via booking.com. We we’re not prepared to stay another night as he was so rude and also it was dangerous as he was having to remove the fire alarm again, we found somewhere else much cheaper and equally nice.
