Nice hotel

Nice room, clean and the bed was comfortable, also had a kettle which is a big plus for me. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Good location value for money but need new windows

Was at front of hotel and it was very noisy the windows didn’t keep any outside noise at all so didn’t sleep much

Good location, poor rooms could do with TLC

The location very close to town marina old town perfect location

The noisy road , the dated rooms dusty and dirty fan ! there was a power cut so couldn’t use the hotel couldn’t freshen up no power meant no electricity or water !

Cut my stay short as hotel was awful

Room very basic and dated, bathroom poor condition with very old shower and sink. Room needed a good clean. Bed was reasonable.

Enjoyed my stay and will happily book again if I have reason to come back to Hull.

Happy with most things.

There were a couple of little issues with my room i.e. repairs that need to be done. I reported these because, in my experience, people don't so unless you go around checking every little thing, you're not going to be aware. However one of the issues was that the bathroom fan wasn't working and I suggest that the cleaners ought to be observing and reporting things like that.

Terrible experience

Nothing.

The room was noisy hearing sirens and noise from the room above. Asked to change to quieter room and was told the sirens were not that near to me. Had to sleep with windows open to noisy sirens as the heating was too hot. Couldn't turn down or off. No toiletries, only dispenser. Definitely avoid as had to check out after one night. Not interested once they had taken money so no refund.

Perfect clean and Comfortable stay for short two day break.

It was a perfect stay for me and my daughter for a couple of days in hull. The rooms were clean and warm and the staff were very friendly esecially Wayne and Savannah who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and perfect. We will definately stay here in future.

Terrible.

Staff were friendly and very helpful.

Everything else. The hotel is extremely dated, dirty and poor. Curtain hanging down, mouldy wall with wallpaper lifted. Tea & Coffee in a chest of drawers, hairdryer didn't work, rubbish in the bathroom bin, floor dirty and very dusty. When I turned on the taps brown water came through and spurts like they'd not been used in a long time and the shower and bathroom were extremely dated. Bath panel damaged and dirty. The list goes on.

Great value, comfortable, spacious and conveniently located

Hotel is really close the the stationand convient for places to eat and drink. Room - it was more like a suite, with a lounge with TV and a bedroom and bathroom off - was specious, warm and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable. Staff were helpful and quick with what I needed. Bathroom has a whirlpool bath! All round great value for money, and I'd definitely stay again.

Minor stuff: decor a bit faded; a couple of the windows didn't quite close, but I was there in February and it wasn't drafty; I couldn't get cold water in the bath, but that may have been me.
